Hey everyone, you might remember me as the Hibari from fanime! First of all, I would like to say thank you for coming to our first fanime KHR gathering. It was a surprisingly huge success. Forgive me for being disorganized, it was my first time running a gathering and I didn't know what to do >_<;;. I wasn't expecting so many KHR characters to show up either. Therefore, I hope it will be twice as big as next year! Be on the lookout for updates!

GATHERING SCHEDULE:
GOOD NEWS FOLKS. WE WILL HAVE THE GATHERING AT THE SAME TIME AS USUAL, BUT IT LOOKS LIKE WE HAVE TO MOVE OUR EVENT OUTSIDE. HOPEFULLY WE CAN STILL HAVE OUR GATHERING INSIDE THE LOBBY.

Location: MP for Fountains in Front Hilton Side. If it is two hot or two crowded then we can move either 1st Floor Con Center Lobby or move up on the right side where we can have the area for an extended period.

I dragged my friend to watch KHR and she is gonna be Hibari~!! she is making her costume right now!
Well I should be able to pull off Chikusa at the very least since I'll be getting the costume for a mini Reborn! gathering I'm taking part in mid August. It just depends on what time this (the Fanime gathering) is but I'd love to take part in a photo shoot for my favorite manga series if I could.
And man I'd love to see a good Uni and Spanner cosplays.
I missed last year's gathering so I'll try to join this one~~ I'll be TYL!Mukuro again~!
My friend might be doing Lancia this year; but no confirmation yet ^^; He says it's "too early to decide" D:

Anyway, I'll be going as Gokudera, and I'll be bringing a Bianchi and a Basil with me. It's going to be epic! I have a Reborn copslay group, only problem for me I cosplay two characters from this anime, so I will go to your gathering as Gokudera, and make my own gathering on a different day and be Squalo <3

I wanted to know if I can move your CE to 12 and your gathering to 12:30? Same day & same place just adjust both ahead.
There is another gathering looking to do an event on the 1st floor and indoors is better than outdoors for them. They would like to do 11 am for gathering and 11:30 for their event. Many are talking of then attending the Nintendo gathering at 12 following theirs.
My concern is that with their numbers of attending and your numbers of attending there may be to many peeps in the area or it ends up too loud.
Please let me know ASAP.

Hmmmm, I'll have to discuss it with everyone then and see.
Regarding moving the gathering, personally, I have another gathering that would take preference costume-change-wise at noon, so my preference would be against moving the gathering time forward. But again, that's just me.
I already have several people telling me not to move the gathering. (And I really don't want to move it myself).
I'll come to a decision on Friday. Hopefully we can work out some kind of agreement with the other gathering taking place.

I wanted to say thank you to all of you for your consideration. I have also asked another gathering if I can relocate them (since this could effect you #'s of attending and I do understand why moving it would be difficult for some of you ^^) My hopes is the Ace Attorney gathering can move outside and with the KHR dance event being outside this would give the other gathering about 1 hr on the riser stage. Hopefully AA can move out front so that all of you don't have to move your time.
If the time slot can't be remedied by a small adjustment then the gathering & CE event that isn't listed will just have to pick another time. No hard feelings to anyone just appreciation for the consideration. :)

I am fine with the new time, but it is hard for other people after most of the gatherings are set.
This will probably be the only post I'll make until the con *leaving for San Jose from Colorado on Monday* but...
I'll be wearing plain old suit n' tie Gokudera (super simple, I know) for the Black and White Ball, but I might as well bring it for this group, too. =) Wasn't quite sure if I wanted to cause its sort of a tiny cosplay and I'm major shy, but...gives me a chance for more pictures~
I'm not QUITE sure if I can make the main group due to other gatherings/personal shoots, but I will see. =D Its an easy cosplay to jump in and out of, so I'm pretty sure I can~
If anything I'll just run in for the dance thing for photos and such. Lame of me to do so, but at least I'll get to stop by, right?
