It might be too late for implementation this year, but I support the morning ticketing concept. Having a designated location where attendees can line up in the morning and pick up tickets on a first-come, first-served basis could be beneficial. Many other conventions, such as CRX and AX, have successfully implemented this approach.

Hello! I'm Mocha and I'm a huge fan of Toilet Bound Hanako-Kun! I'd love to host a gathering for all fans of the series (as well as other works by AidaIro) to have a chance to meet and hang out!

Host: Mocha (i also go by Ruby) (@L3V1TAT3_ & @eatmy-customjorts on insta)

Day: TBD (hoping for Sunday)
Time: TBD
Meeting Place: TBD

Cosplayers: Myself as Supernatural! Akane
            Anyone who attends is welcome to cosplay whoever they want!

Legal Statement-Fanime will be taking group pictures during the Gathering/Event this year. If you do not want to be included in those pictures please step aside for those photos. By remaining with the group when the pictures are being taken you give your consent to be photographed.

Photos: Full group
        All Supernaturals
        All human characters
        Any ships agreed upon by attendees
        Any pairs agreed on by attendees
        Any groups agreed on by attendees
        We may record some videos as the characters!
    Disclaimer: If anybody does not want to participate in a photoshoot then that is 100% okay! Just let us know or step aside.

If you would like any assistance with running the gathering, I am more than happy to help. I run the OP gatherings over at SacAnime :] I'll even bring you my megaphone! Its pink, so perfect to go with your Doffy!
