Ive been going to fanime for a while now and everytime i go, I go early so when they open I can just get in and get out.

But usually even if im close to the beggining of the line SOMETIMES I wont get my badge until way later. Last time it was already 10pm and i finally got ahold of my badge.

This is for Thursday...
If pick up closes at 8pm do I have to make sure im in line before that time In order to pick up my badge? Like can i jump in the line at 7:59pm and still be elegible to pick up my badge.

Since this is a public area we would like everyone to be mindful of other at the park and follow these rules:
- These is a public park so no super revealing clothes or anything that can me taken offensively
- NO LIVE STEEL WEAPONS. NO GUN PROPS AT ALL. of huge props dangerous items or things that look harmful (but I dont really see how this could be a problem for ponies)
- We will be in public, so please do not bring any alcohol, drugs, or other substances of that nature.

So I know there's a rule to were everyone has to wear at least some sort of footwear and cannot walk around bear foot.
So I'm cos-playing Juri from Street Fighter and I'll be wearing sandals and since the sandals aren't part of her costume...
