Will there be Guilty Gear XX Accent Core available in the game room? If so, any idea on what platform?

Finally, a tourney I want to enter is announced (AH3) & it conflicts with something I want to do.  Boo.

No no, Maori is the priestess. I heard she got a boost in her keepaway game in 3.

And to be honest, I originally chose Fire for her because she could spam unblockable launchers. The supers work well with combos off of Maori's top string, though. If I ever actually got serious, I'd probably look for a better Arcana.

If you play AH3 Maori, you probably want to look towards flower.  Flower Maori is retarded cause you can't get counter hit & get to burst more often.  You also get a super that's essentially an unpassable wall in front of her & sets up tech traps.  Other than that, I guess you could choose any of the good arcana for anyone like love, plant, or wind.

I'll take this chance to plug the monthly NorCal BBCS/GGAC/MBAA/AH3 ranbat series: Norcal Install.  AH3 entrants have been declining the last two months, so I encourage people to come. http://www.dustloop.com/forums/showthread.php?10419

If Suspi is willing to produce these again, I'm willing to design them again.

I will however be bringing my personal Melty Blood Actress Again Current Code...
Wait, what? I'll hella be on this all con. Thankfully, a lot of the Norcal MB scene will be @Fanime, so your board will get some play. :3 Thanks a lot.

It was '09.  & yes, I did place 1st.

Once again, this conflicts with a tourney I'm running.  Guess I'm out.

This game is likely not going to go over 16 entrants.  People never really picked up the game in America.

But if it happens, I would enter.  I entered the Unlimitedcodes tourney in '09 too.

Unless you can somehow draw out a dozen or two unknown players, you're not filling a 32-man bracket.  MBAA tourneys in CA over the past year haven't broken about 25ish entrants and I'm sure a good number of those players will not even be at Fanime.

That said, if there's a tourney, I'd enter. :3

I'd like to, but I can't make it. I have plans already. m(_ _)m

So I've been putting off deciding on my image until now. ^^;  I guess I'll go with this

Forum badges go go!

I'll get that design to you soonish, Suspi.

I have to cut out @4:30ish.  Got family obligations.

I would suggest not going far away and/or splitting into smaller groups if we intend to keep this gathering intact into the evening. Either would just add needless complication. We should aim to keep it simple. Especially since it sounds like a lot of newer faces are showing up & I'd rather not run the chance of losing people.

We should see a movie :)  In past Oakridge gatherings we watched a movie.

Let it be noted that in past Oakridge gatherings, I opted not to watch the movie & instead, chilled in the mall w/other like-minded forumers. I'm leaning towards doing the same this time. Not much of a movie person.

Problem is, the Baskin Robbins in Strawberry Park closed.
