I wanna visit New York someday in the future, but I though maybe make the trip a gathering idea.
Bear in mind I'd like to wait more than a year or so from now so that I can save enough money to go.
I wanna visit the five boroughs:
-The Bronx (Yankee Stadium)
-Brooklyn (Coney Island, if it will still be around)
-Manhattan (Central Park)
-Queens (Catch a Mets game?)
-Staten Island (???)
I'm thinking maybe in 2009/2010, so hopefully I'll have enough cash to visit them all.
or
If I win the Lottery, I'll treat everybody in the FaniMafia that wants to go. ;D

my cousin was suppose to show me the view from the twin towers...
kinda cant do that anymore...
but i suppose general sight seeingand grab a hot dog or a brooklyn style pizza ive heard...
then again it depends on the money situation too... yay for poorness :P
Yeah, hopefully by 09/10 i'll have enough money to become part of the NYC gathering....along with the foods and stuff, i'd like to see how NYC's transit system is like as well. ^^

Wow, I'm surprised someone finally launched the idea of a Fanime gathering TRIP. That's like on an airplane and stuff. That'd be fun, but dang, that'd put a hole in our wallets. NYC is a great place though especially the diverse selection of foods. 'Cept, ou'll see a TGI Fridays like on every other block, heh heh. XD
Let's start small and have a road trip to Knoxville to see the Sun Sphere and that Andy Williams concert!

Is there even a JapanTown in New York City?
I'm predicting that, if the gathering does become real, I imagine that it will be narrowed down to this:
-Only 6 people from the Forums will be able to make it (Me and probably RyuHayabusa among 4 others)
-2 people NOT from the Forums will join in our group (Don't ask)
-We will most likely end up spending our time walking around Manhattan the whole time we are there.
