I was thinking around 2pm for Friday and Saturday. Although Saturday works best for me.

Hello. I'm wondering if I can resubmit my form if I made a mistake on my form. When I said 20 people I didn't realize so many people would want to come so now I'd say the people coming is around 50-60. Also is it possible to have two gatherings for the same series on different days? I'm trying to have a fate series gathering on Saturday (which I forgot to say is the only day it would work considering my plans for that weekend)and someone else made a different post with another fate series gathering for Friday.

Please share this with your friends. The more people coming the better. It's my dream to go to a fate gathering at fanime so please help me out

Legal Statement-Fanime will be taking group pictures during the Gathering/Event this year. If you do not want to be included in those pictures please step aside for those photos. By remaining with the group when the pictures are being taken you give your consent to be photographed.

Just submitted the gathering form. Don't know what time we'll get yet. I'm hoping for Saturday afternoon

We have our time and place. Saturday at 2:00 at G8

Also, last years gathering was saturday at 11:00. I'd be glad if it could be on the same day but a later time because I might not be at anime till 2:30. I was thinking around 3:00 - 3:30 but if 11:00 is the only available time That's fine by me.
