I made this thread out of simple curiosity. I am going as someone from Shuffle...do you think anyone will recognize me or think I am just another school girl?

I was thinking of cosplaying as someone from a chinese movie. Does anyone know how to make their um...dress thingy?(or what I could use as a patter for it) The one that sorta looks like a kimono but is open in the front(you can see the tube top) and is loose at the bottom. (it also has river sleeves attached to it)I couldn;t find a picture for it, because I couldn't figure out what it was called.

Off topic: I was also thinking of putting my 6 years of ballet classes to good use and doing a very simple dance. Should I go through with that? (Thinking about this early incase I decide to do it and so there will be time to get myself flexible again. xD how sad...)

I have a wig that I have no more use for, so I am putting it up for sale. It's brand spanking new! It's a great Inoue Orihime, Sailor Venus, and any other character with orangy/blondish hair.

What's it made of: Kanekalon fibers, feels like real hair!
Other things to know about it:
1. It comes with a skin part.
2. It has hooks on the inside of the wig, so it it will fit anyone.
3. It is layered.
Length: About 28" (I have provided a picture that shows how far it goes down your back.)
Condition of the wig: Used only once, so, It's brand new!

(back + lenth, the color is not really that orange, I was standing right under my light/lamp.)

Alrighty so, my problem is is that I have this golden/orangish wig and will be getting a red one. I already have one character planned. Does anyone know of any other characters that I could use those wigs for?

Wig length: Both wigs go all the way down to the top of your butt.
Both are straight, but I can make them curly/wavy if need be, and both have bangs.

Ok, so I've been thinking about what I should cosplay as for next year, and I came up with only one. So, could someone help me out please and give me some ideas?

So, after looking at the black and white ball thread I saw that there were some people who were going to the dance alone. Some people and I decided that it would be a good idea for the ones that are going alone to the dance to meet together and go as a group. This way noone will be alone and you will get to meet new people.

Purpose: Meet new people, and don't go to the ball alone. ^_^

When: Saturday
Time: 6:30-40 PM
Where: In front of the fountains.

Come dressed and wear a mask and have fun.

Is Kill Bill concidered Asian Cinema or is it all American?

Ok..so I need my hair to be orange. Does anyone know of a place that sells non permanet hair sprays..somewhere near San Jose or Sratoga?
Also...if my charachter has bangs and I don't...does that look wierd? xD (my friends thought it was. O.o)

This is going to sound rediculous,but what color is Orihime's hair from Bleach. (I can't decide if it's light brown or redish or blondish. xD)

So, I am having a bit of a problem. I officially do not have a sewing machine anymore. Does anyone have any ideas of charachters that have simple outfits. Something that I can go to the mall,search for, and then put together. (Kinda like Orihime from Bleach. She has a pretty easy outfit, although finding a skirt like that would be hard, but possible.)
Any suggestions greatly appriciated. ^_^
