Hello, I'm 17 and I wish to volunteer for the Con, but I need the minor waiver form. I'm going by myself so i need the form before hand. Anyone have a working link? I already checked the website volunteer FAQ.

and when i say by myself i mean without parental supervision, or call me forever alone, your choice.
