well i sent in emails and filled out the application on the site and after that I was looking in the forum and I know for some you have to be 18 or over but the ones i want to sign up for which is panel staff or arcade staff u can be at least 16 and im 17 but i turn 18 in august. and i just want to know becuase i really want to work at fanimecon and I know that i wouldn't get paid even if i was staff but i just wanted to know what my chances are because i will work real hard and work whatever hours they give me.
Some departments require you to be 18, but others have a 16 min. This is very reliant on the department heads and you age should be raised with them when you contact them or they reply to you. In then end, you just need to wait and see.
