If you have suggestions for programming, then please feel free to direct it to the video programming department at fanime.

I should have done that at Fanime before it was over.  :-\

All I hope for is for Yuri Night, even if it's just one night, to make a comeback at Fanime 2010. I was sad to see only Hentai/Yaoi Nights in the program guide, but none for yuri.

Because I really love and support yuri (which is always overshadowed by yaoi) though I'm more keen on non-explicit shoujo-ai, is there any way I can direct this to the video programming department via e-mail?

I saw that many good titles were already mentioned, such as Kashimashi, Strawberry Panic, Maria-sama Ga Miteru, and Kannazuki no Miko.  Heck, they could also show Revolutionary Girl Utena and Simoun.

Ugh, I cannot believe I almost forgot about signing up! Right before I had to go to bed, I remembered! I meant to do this at eight right on the dot, but I just forgot. >:(

Wow, thirty-five slots already filled up.  I'm number thirty-six....I really hope I wasn't too late.

I have costumes to sell...

They`re a Japanese metal/ visual band.

Oh, thanks!

ok, so the 18th/19th is bad, yes? I talked the boss into giving me the 11th/12th off instead. Does that work better?

Count me out.  That's Sakura-Con weekend.  :-\

sorry hun, it's either the weekend of the local CBF or of Sakura-Con. I expect less people will be driving/flying all the way to washington to attend sakura con than the CBF. Am I wrong?

That sounds about right. ^^  Don't worry about it, it's not like we won't see each other again.   I still should be able to make it to the CBF on the 18th - 19th.   :-X

My group and I will be going.  ;D It's the first time for them, but the second time for me.

So. I know your days off are limited.
Ok so my days off are even more limited than I thought. The first and last weekend of April are both floorsets (meaning I have to work and crazy stupid hours too). The second weekend of april is easter (everyone is probably busy with their families anyway plus holiday weekends are almost impossible to get off work). May is out of the question (obviously my one weekend off will be eaten up by Fanime). So I say we should have this Tshirt gathering on the 18th or 19th of April. Yes? Please tell me there are not any fanime staff meetings or random trips to vegas happening that weekend...

duly noted. we will have andother epic [3rd times a charm] Tshirt gathering. :D
And this time you have to actually make a shirt!

That weekend (the 18th and 19th of April) is the Cherry Blossom Festival, though... :-\

It was great seeing everyone and seeing Watchmen made it worth it and I need to practice some more on Rock band, but It'll happen in due time. I'll see ya guys later.

I'm glad I got to chill with everyone after a long, long time.  It was well worth leaving the house on a Sunday.  ;D  I should try out Rock Band....

Whoa. I haven't attended a Fanime gathering in so long.   :o

But I want to jump at this chance and get caught up with everyone!  Please count me in!

I'll see if I can get a ride from someone (maybe VictimX).

And I'd love to see Coraline again.  ;D

victim x will likely be unavailable, so please dont assume you can get a ride with him. He has a gf now so she usually [and SHOULD] take up all his time.  ;)

but we do want to see you there, u just might need to arrange a different mode of transportation please.
k thanks. :)

He -just- told me about this gathering like two hours ago. o_o I'm very glad he did otherwise I would have missed out on everything. I'll see what I can do.  Please add me to the list?

I'll be at Sakura-Con.  :-\

Have fun, though!

Wait a minute!  It's happening on two weekends?  I wasn't aware of that!  :o

Okay, so I can make it to the one on April 18th!  I just can't make it to the one on April 11th because I'll be at Sakura-Con.  XDDDDDDDDDD;

I dunno if I'll be joining in the parade without being in cosplay, though.

Wow, I haven't logged back in the forums since last year. o_o

I just got back from WonderCon, but I don't plan on going anymore in the future.

My best option is Monday because: Friday is reserved for another cosplay, I will not be at Fanime on Saturday, and my my friends and I will be at the Bleach gathering on Sunday.     :o

I was Souseiseki last year, but sadly I'm taking a break from the costume for Fanime 2009. D=

Gonna still stop by and take pictures!  8)

you must have been the other sou! btw, sui, i think that tea party thing would be fun, don't you?
SOU? Omg u finally made an account!!! lol i've missed you! and what tea party?

Me, My 2 friends Lakari and Mangaka-chan, along with the sisters that amelia mentioned, we have done a tea party at this Chic Cheteau in San Jose. I'll  need to discuss it with my friend Lakari if we are doing it again this year. The place is about 2-3 mins by car but I wouldn't recommend it walking in costume, cause it is murder. It's located on San Fernando and 3rd St in Downtown San Jose.

I hope I'll be able to see more RM cosplayers this year, the series needs a lot of love and i'm one of it's ardent supporters lol XD

Let's hope for a third season!

I'll be cosplaying as Souseiseki and a friend of mine will be cosplaying as Suiseiseki and would like to join. We're still making our costumes and should be done by Fanime.

Awesome!  I can't wait to see the two of you!

I have seen Kana/Hina pairs at other conventions.  But never a Barashuishou.

Those shears weren't even mine. They were my friend's, the Kirakishou.  :-\

Until I can figure out how to make them...one day.  :(
lol i was so confused at the con..so wait ...was their two of u? idk u guys kept changing cosplays, i got so confused XD

Yeah, I know it's confusing. XD  If you remember the Kirakishou, she was Souseiseki first last year.  She and the Suiseiseki with the watering can are real sisters.  Then she changed into Kirakishou, and I got into her Souseiseki costume that way we still had both the Rozen twins.  We were still missing a Hina-Ichigo, a Kanaria, and a Barasuishou.   :-\
