I was cosplaying Iori Yagami.

So, I go to the Fanime registration page but I keep getting some weird error message about "Ruby (rack) appluication could not be satarted". What's the deal, yo?

No need to take light rail from diridon, Just take the DASH (Downtown Area SHuttle). it's free and will stop directly in front of the Convention Center.

If that idiot douch Ron Gonzalez hadn't erected that tent behind the convention center, there would be a whole hell of a lot more parking. That's where we parked in 2004.

you know, if i land this sweet job this week, i'll probably have a solid Snake outfit by Fanime. i just gotta decide which version. I'll probably go with the MGS2 version.

(hmm...scruffiness of snake and barry burton will counteract with iori. o well, iori probably doesn't shave EVERY day)

Sometime in the next couple of months im gonna get my Iori redone. My current one is so totally ghetto rigged. I'm gonna bury it and get a redo. I also have my poolside version of Iori. Hopefully next year i'll have the time money and effort to get my hair Iorified properly.

Practice. The Vash Hunter 2003. We practiced this so many times. You'd be surprised how far a little effort goes. I made sure that our group rehearsed at least once every couple of weeks. And you know what? People loved our skit. It also didn't hurt that I motivated our Vash with free alcohol.

Regarding mics. Personally I prefer live micing as opposed to recorded dialoge. It gives it a more kinetic feeling.

and yes, do keep it short. if you're gonna use the full alloted time, be damn sure its entertaining. that's all i ask.

my one main plan is to do another skit. I haven't done one since 2004. Which i might add was a critically acclaimed, horribly planned out, success.
