Do we have any estimate on when gatherings photos are going to be up? It's been almost a month, just curious.

Cons:
- They didn't hand out trashbags this year.   Well, I was able to get one when I asked the front desk, I just thought it was a bit strange since normally they give you two bags at check in.

- .. There was like a radio playing in the bathroom..  For those of you who haven't stayed in the Fairmont, the toilet is in a seperate nook behind a sliding door in the bathroom.. well it sounded like there was a radio with a broken transmission.. lots of static and voices.

I also stayed at the Fairmont, they gave me 2 giant black trashbags for our room when we checked in?  I wonder if they were out by the time you got there?  No clue when you checked in, we checked in at like, 10 am Friday.  And I think the bathroom thing was just your room unfortunately, never experienced that myself.

Everything else I agree with when it comes to your review.  Overall it was a great experience there.

Did anyone take pictures of me as Gowther from 7 Deadly Sins or Howl from Howl's moving castle?

As far as I'm aware, I'm the only male who cosplays those characters, so that should narrow it down, but maybe not?

I know this is last years, but some people are posting.

I FOUND a blue bag with 3 items in it that I'm guessing someone is missing.  Unfortunately, I found it in the valet parking of the fairmont, and our car had just been called, so I didn't have any time to get it to anyone.

The items are a wearable panda head (the big ones that go completely over your head), a figurine, and a canvas spray paint.

I don't want to just... take the first person's word on it who says "that's mine!"  So if you pm me who the figure is of (it's female wearing cat ears/tail to help narrow it a bit), and what the painting is, I'll be thrilled to find some way to reunite you with your items.

Works for me! I'm doing the Ghibli gathering sat too, but that's at 11, so I can change out of Howl and into Gowther with plenty of time.

Ideally, barring any unforeseen circumstances, I should have my Gowther all together!

I was the blonde Howl on sunday (and I think the only actual male Howl), had a few people ask me to dance at the B&W ball, and everyone seemed really nice and friendly.  Had a guy ask me to dance and was nervous as hell, but I didn't mind at all and was thrilled people felt comfortable enough to do that.

Anyways, if anyone danced with a male blonde Howl at the dance and want to hang out or something, message me!

1. Fix my Cheshire Cat costume from Pandora Hearts, I need to redo shoes almost entirely and fix the tail, as well as play with my ears/wig and see if I can do it more seamlessly.

2.  Make my fiancee finish her Sophie costume so I can stop getting the question "Hey Howl where's Sophie?" when I walk around as Howl.

3.  Plan out my costumes earlier than a week in advance, I have plenty, but it's easier to know ahead to make it all more convenient.

4.  Get a hotel room again, we live 30 mins away, and parking isn't that bad (Overall I paid 18 dollars in parking for the entire weekend, it would have been 32, but we lucked out on one of the days) but not having a hotel room is killing me when I know how much better it is to have one.

5.  This is the most important one, work on NOT giving off the vibe of "Don't talk to me".  My fiancee constantly tells me I give that vibe off, and all of my friends who I've met at cons except 1 tells me I seem scary.  I had someone once tell me I was "Kuudere" so I guess I need to work on it, I'm actually friendly, I just... don't exude it.

I'll probably try to get my Howl (Blonde), costume ready for this.

hey, i just wanted to ask this because im paranoid and like conformation about stuff.

i was planning on going to fanime as an original character. basically he's a demon in a suit. i was just wondering if this was okay? i can link a picture to the character so you have an idea, though i doubt ill try to get the blade.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I feel like you're asking if you'll get in trouble for doing an original character?  You won't, I did an original take on the mad hatter, and I've never heard of anyone being told they weren't allowed to simply dress however they wanted.  If you're asking about the prop rules and such, then mario answered that.

HOPEFULLY I can get my caitlyn finished, we're custom doing the boots, but our first ideas didn't work out well, and with such little time it might screw us.  I also need to finish my gun at some point, but that's not too hard.  I know man-nidalee is about 90% done, same for lux, heimer should be close but her finals might screw her, Lee Sin is 90% done as well.  Our Malz is in the wind but trying last I checked.

My other friend confirmed he's also doing gender-swapped lux, and another 2 may be doing gender swapped heimer or fiddlesticks.

If I finish I'll be doing Male Caitlyn and some friends will be doing gender swapped Nidalee and Lee Sin.

Did anyone get pictures of me dressed up as a hunter from L4D?  I know that's generic, but I had a ton of blood all over my face (not red make up, I drenched myself in stage blood), and snakebites if anyone could notice.  I also had sharp nails too, if you can see them.  I'd post a picture, but I haven't found a single one yet.
