Will be my 10th Fanime this year. Things haven't been looking too good these past two to three years in terms of getting guests one to two months before Fanime comes around. Really don't know where the budget is going if they are depending on fan made events and a few overseas guests with NA guests mixed in. I saw on twitter (https://twitter.com/VTA/status/461923847709921280) and instagram (http://i.imgur.com/sZXmFjf.jpg) the light rail trains wrapped in advertising which a step in the right direction. Would like to see more time invested in having guests from overseas come over. Not looking forward for another $5 price jump next year with the lack of guests attending every year.

Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.

Everything else though, the new venue, the cosplayers, pretty much everything else other than

To the Menma cosplayer who I took a picture of on Saturday around noon between the snake statue and fountains at the park for the superwholock gathering. Thanks for making my day after I took a picture of you and I went berserk on my friend saying that you were alive/real. The note you handed me after I went crazy will always be a great memory and made me and a few friends get THE FEELS.

I confess that I farted in the hotel elevator in more than one occasion while it was full.

What are you most looking forward to at Fanime?

My Answer: Meeting Patricia Ja Lee and getting her autograph :D and watching the Cosplay Masquerade.

I'd like to get a idea of what everyone else is doing so i can find things to do and find out whats going to be popular this year.  ;D

P.S. PATRICIA JA LEE, YEAHHHHHHH

1. browse the dealers room before you shop, haggle the dealer like hell and when buying bulk, haggle harder.
2. eat before you go. bring water and food. it was like 2 dollars for a small bottle of coke and 1.50 if u go into the hotels and got coke. ._.
3. bring a camera. i didn't have a camera back in 2006 so i missed alot of good shots T_T
4. [optional mission] go to panels, cosplay meetups, and the masquerade. (good memories..)

4th year, but i might be running solo this year due to friends spending money on video games instead of fanime ._.
