im not 18 im like 17 and dont have an ID of sort only school but that doesnt work. and like how are me and my friend gonna get in? and i dont have parent going....or gaurdian of sorts....
i have a gaurdian to come pick up the badge but not attend....... is that okay?...

you can always get a state ID by going down to where people get their drivers license. even driving permits work, they are a state issued ID. I hear your passport works too.

And if it did, it was probably a special case-by-case thing.
i see. but really, why won't a permit work? it's state issued, you have to give out all the same information for a permit that you do for a drivers license. o.o?? It's pratically a state ID. hmmm interesting.
A permit won't work because it's really easy to, uh, forge. Seriously, just photocopier, picture replaced, and there ya go.
And also because it's super temporary. o:
you could say a drivers license is just as easy to forge. But whatever. if it doesn't work it doesn't work.
Drivers Licenses are not easy to forge, but that's beside the point.
Permits are taken on a case-by-case basis.
