Generally, the deposit is anything from $50 up to 100$ per night booked. This will be held against your banking account/card for the remainder of your stay in case of incidentals/damages to the room. It should be refunded within a few days after you check out.

According to this, provided they recognize booking with fanime as booking direct, you should be good for the free breakfast along with your husband.

How do we waitlist? I booked one but want to waitlist for another hotel.

I'm wondering this as well. Last year you could select waitlist next to the hotel. If memory serves, it would only allow it once you made a reservation, but I could be wrong. This year I don't see the option at all.

Call the housing hotline and ask to be put on the wait list for the hotel/dates you want.
