Ok, We have a change in the organization to the gathering.
Unfortunately, it has become apparent, that I may not be able to make it to the gathering, so I asked BadFanGirl to take over the gathering. Also, if I continued being the organizer, I would be organizing 5 gatherings once again, and after last year . . . yeah, I'm not doing that again. ^^;
I'll still be updating the thread list. So let's all have fun.

Well aren't you in luck that I know how to use the f.a.q.! This is the link for the Fanime forums [here] (http://forums.fanime.com/index.php?action=help;page=post#newpoll) and for Cosplay.com you'll just have to make a new topic for times with a poll if the option is available when you edit the main gathering post. There's also the option of using a poll creator site like MyPollCreator.com (http://mypollcreator.com/) and linking it to the gathering posts.
If this is still too difficult for you then just ask people in the gathering threads.

Those links don't seem to be working. Might I suggest either hosting a poll on livejournal and posting it to to the gyakuten_saiban community or simply just make a new thread and start it from scratch? I know those who don't have an account can't vote in the polls, but they can still at least leave comments (though Anonymous) about it.
Not to pressure/offend you, but time's ticking towards Fanime and I'd rather not have a repeat of last years' - where the time was rather inconvenient and turnout was sort of a let-down - especially with the new Edgeworth game coming out. :-\

I'm aware those who don't have accounts can't vote in the polls, but they can still comment to the entry - albeit only anonymously. Hence, if you keep reading the rest of that entry, you'll see that I made a form for those people to copy-and-paste and fill in using the "Add a Comment" function.
Considering Fanime runs into very early morning, many people like to sleep in, and costumes take time to put on, I can see why people would feel that way.

Even more good news is that everyone attending the gathering will recognize you if they see you around con. They are Ace Attorney fans after all. Do hope you're able to make it though. If not the official gathering we always go out for food and hang around the con hall afterward.

Well, there's so much going on around the con that I don't know the times and dates for yet (lolita panel, the lolita events going on at the Fairmont, what time I'm getting to the con, if I feel like changing out of my planned Saturday cosplay to put on my Regina cosplay, etc.), so it's pretty up in the air still, but I hope to meet some fellow fans in the halls, at the very least! (I'm planing on wearing REgina mostly on Sunday, when I'm not at the picnic or B&W Ball.)
