similar to ip136, my group had registered at the convention last year.
i will also keep an eye out for the table-seatings, but as ip136 said, if we do not receive it in a certain time frame, should we e-mail the AA staff confirming the status?

thanks.

Live Programming and Events / Re: Fanime Artist Alley 08

This is concerning, in that our group had registered for the Artist Alley LAST YEAR during fanime07, but have received no confirmation. However, people who have registered afterwards have started receiving confirmation. What happened to their so-called "first-come first-serve"?

that is always good to know,
last minute changes/delays can be bad
(like the other upcoming california convention that shall not be named)

i know it was closer to the convention last year too
for all the registration and such;
just wanted to know if stuff was happening beneath the water!
thank you much (:

i know from 2006 that the artist alley is usually last-min,
but has there been any talk/information about the "Artist Colony" for this year?
i would love to get a table again (the AA @fanime06 was very fun!)
any information would be greatly appreciated

thank you in advance <3

spiffy office tables @ the marriott <33
lifesaver for last-minute-artwork
the room was roomy and nice (corner on 20th floor)

we called + asked the day-of about mini-fridges, but was told that they were for medical uses only o.o

unless youre on a ridiculously unhealthy diet or have medical conditions,
sweat shouldnt smell bad x.x
its the bacteria that grows with the aid of moisture....
aka, shower = saves others' lives.
also, use deodrants that reduces moisture and bacteria growth effectively
rather than those strongly-scented ones...
dont cover the funk. kill it XD

as a last resort, shaving underarm hair minimizes bacteria growth too. :D
