As for music, Mario & Zelda Big Band Live! is a fun CD filled with recognizable yet danceable music.  If you want to actually get authentic '20s style music, Mora's Modern Rhythmists is where it's at.

I don't think the "Chair" chant is something that FanimeCon necessarily should be proud of doing best :-P.  I place it in the same category as heckling from the audience.  Having said that, I agree that"Jer-ry" was pretty entertaining.

AX '96 had the "Chair" chant.  It was on a friend's Masq videotape.

That would so not be me :).  Loved the music when I was in the room, but ended up not dancing because the room was really dark and I didn't want to hit people (aging eyes, etc.).
