Hello everyone! From what I heard from this post (http://forums.fanime.com/index.php/topic,9926.0.html), it turned out to be awesome. Sadly, I missed the gathering so I was pretty down for awhile. I'm happy to see it turn out awesome so let's do it again for 2009. This time, the planning is now in advance, not last minute like I did last time. Hi guys, I was the Feldt Grace and my boyfriend was the only male Lockon Stratos (my sister was Louise)
2008 was our first Fanime and we loved it. The Gundam Gathering really helped make the con for us (especially since a large group of us continued the 'gathering' for the whole of Sunday =).
Barring unforseen events, we'll definately be back, and we'll definately be Gundam (probably 00)
As for costumes, we'll have to wait and see what Season 2 has in store =) We're already doing Soma and Allelujah/Hallelujah for AX (as well as Lockon and Feldt)
I'm really looking forward to next year

I may (and this is a tenative one) be bringing a little 'armor' to the gundam gathering in the form of a Zeon paint schemed Guntank. Yes, I am insane but I have solved a couple of this issues that have prevented me from completing this project in past years so I may be able to pull it off.
Barring that I will be at least remaking my old Zeon pilot uniform from Mobile Suit Gundam.
Private C. Fodder will be reporting for duty. Or maybe it'll be Private R. Shirt. Still deciding :P.
I'll definitely be there for sure! I'll probably be Murrue again for the gathering, although I'll probably also be Mirai and Sumeragi (I still have to make these cosplays, but hey, I have some time) for the con.
I'm not sure which day/time to suggest, because I'm not sure when the other gatherings I plan to are going to be held. It seems that everything is TBA.

Okay, I know I mentioned it for Fanime '08, but this year, I'm seriously considering breaking out either my Lady Une or Duo Maxwell cosplay for the gathering. :3 I'm not quite sure if I'll actually end up doing it, but I'm thinking about it!

I call a Green Haro! I'll be the Laughing Man with a Zeon Flag, but drunk (Not really but I'm making it look like I am, I was also wear the Zeon Medal of Honor, and a Party hat for 30 years of Gundam.

Note: The back of the inside shirt is curved with a "m" shape in the front. I think the designers got this idea from tuxedo shirts.

Oh, that's okay. :3 I've inwardly done that before; heck, in all honesty, the first year I went as Duo, I was inwardly praying that no one else was going to be dressing as Duo that year just so I would be "unique." XD I ended up running into a couple people also dressed as Duo (well, one of them had actually dressed as him the previous day), and it turned out to be really fun. Heeee. XD (Maybe that train of thought is on the same line as the whole "I hope no one is wearing the same dress as me" thing. Hehe.)

Sorry, I didn't see that until now, its going to make the A-LAWS uniform. I wish someone would do Patrick Colasour, that would be fun! Also, I am doing a cosplay of Tieria in the dress from episode 8. But I want to wear Kati to the gathering.
Also, you guys shouldn't worry too much about cosplaying the same character, I cosplayed as Trinity from the Matrix once, and I ran into two other girls dressed as Trinity, we ended up hanging out together and making a show of the three of us together, it was awesome!
I wish Fanime was sooner! I can't wait.

So, in addition to my Duo Maxwell cosplay and my friend's Professor G cosplay, another friend of mine just might be cosplaying as Sally Po! ;D We're not sure if it's going to actually happen yet (heck, we just thought of the idea yesterday, hee!), but it's totally an option!
Also, I just got finished with hotel reservations. Woo! 8D
Ugh, I almost wish it was Fanime nooow. DX (I say "almost" because I'm not exactly ready costume-wise yet. Hehe. XD)

I'll have Gundam 00 Setsuna with me for Fanime (1st and 2nd season). My friend had 2nd season Tieria. Might try to get together a group for Gundam 00 for photoshoot times, but unsure, I need hunt down photographers first~ xD;; Not sure if I can make the times listed yet, since I also have my NeoAnge group to work around too and coordinate with everyone's times...xD Kind of early in the game for me I'd say~

Hey guys, glad to see such a good Gundam group...
As it looks right now I'll be cosplaying Setsuna F. Seiei from Episode 8 (I think?) on second season. The one with the driver outfit. I'm also working on the S2 uniform at the moment so I know I'll have that done too...so maybe I'll swap those around on that day but for now it looks like the driver uniform is my priority after I get the S2 Uniform done. Can't wait to see you all =3

I'm Lordsnow's buddy. I'm going as RX-78-2 to clear things up with the big "THE". I can tell already that the head will be a little disproportionate to the rest, but hey, I'm working hard. Also, I've been working a bit on imitating the movements, but haven't been able to practice in full suit up yet. (only have the helmet so far)

Just giving an update on my Gundam Cosplay. I will be bringing my season 2 Kati Mannequin, Tieria Erde in his girl dress from season 2 episode 8, and season 2 Marina Ismail. Sorry that I couldn't cosplay Domon but if any of you go to AX this year since they will have a Gundam Gathering there, I'll be cosplaying him. I'll be posting pics from the gathering soon. It was great seeing all of you and all of you kicked ass in your costumes :3
