hehe i love resolutions because mine are always ..... the same :P

well last year ... everyone got married... that i was good friends with so... here goes

1. make some friends... who are single (lolz)
2. buy a muzzle for WOW addicted parents who don't know the meaning of "IT'S 11 PM GO TO BED!"
3. cosplay an actual character at fanime (yeah no more going as myself)
4. participate in the artist alley
5. put my cat on a diet
6. spend less that $600 on manga......(i'm not kidding usually i spend  a lot more)
7. get my own car
8. finish writing the beginning to the story i've been working on since i was a sophmore in highschool which will be going on nine years in june >< and maybe if i so dare draw out the panels for it's eventual conversion to a lengthy manga


and on the more serious side my REAL Resolution
9. to take care of my health.

I'm going to get my first tattoo... umm funny enough i drew the symbol on my latest drawing

err so there's 2 parts on there... the S-type design on her dress i'm going to get on the inner part of my foot and the wing pattern on the staff is going to go on either shoulder blade on my back


ehh hehe ^-^ i figured if i'm going to get a tattoo to do something that i designed myself so it holds more meaning

I think it's very brave just to decide to confess feelings towards someone. I've written a few love letter and i  got some positive responses too. my suggestion is simple. Say what you like about the person and why you think you're worth their time. It's not to much the actual words as much as it's the feelings behind it. I'm an in the moment type writer and i speak from my heart so If i think someone is amazing I will say just that and then elaborate on why i feel so strongly.

The best love letter you could write is simply saying why that person has even brought these feelings to your heart ^-^

lol when do i move in? haha I've yet to move out myself. I work in livermore but am currently living at home. when were you thinking of moving??  i'm interested but i can't do anything till later this year :(

I'm totallt psyched about anyhting higurashi that's happening hehe and i can't wait for fanime since i'm going as shion. seriously i'm going to watch that trailer now thank you!

I loved the Maid Cafe' last year it was a wonderful idea that encouraged many of my previously friends (who didn't go last year) to come back this time.  I'm really looking foward to it again this year though I'd like to see a lot more japanese type desserts. It's nice to have the french flair but it's also very simple to make things like rainbow parfaits and I would really really like more tea options...


I didn't know if suggestions were meant to go here but at least I would like the event to return. ^-^

Goodness I feel a bit overwhelmed just reading the information about the artist alley.

It should be apparently obvious that I'm a newbie at this whole thing and just the thought of trying to sell art at the convention gets my heart racing. I guess what i'm most curious about is what sort of tips do people have for new artists wanting to sell?

I really looking foward to participating but I would love to get some advice and tips to help me out. I'm kind of on my own at this so ANY advice would be greatly appreiated.

I want to sell off most of my manga collection I have a lot of complete sets and hard to find stuff but i just know the stupid collection is gonna be so hard to transport too lol.

anyway is there a thread for what people are planning to sell? or just *surprise*

I didn't get to participate in the swap meet last year but i really need to this year. I just have too many manga's so I need to sell them. (talking about over 500 i need to sell.) I also was told last year it cost $10 do you just show up with the stuff or sign up ahead of time? i really need some info so if someone could please send me an Message with more info
