Hi it might be a bit of a last minute to write here, but I'm gonna be cosplaying as fem!Shogo Yahagi from Megazone 23 part 1 once again! (I messaged here a few years back but I got a cold that year)
Do I need a registration to join the cosplay gathering by any chance?

I'll be cosplaying as Shogo Yahagi from Megazone 23 Part 1.
Right now I'm having a hard time finding a right wig, so if I weren't able to find it, I might cosplay without one. This will be my first time going to a cosplay gathering and I'm very excited  :D
