Welcome to 2011 version for this thread. More descriptive and more professional looking post. Do you need roommates? Or do you need a room? This is the place to post up your wanted ads.

Hotels:
+ Hilton (adjacent to convention, has mini fridges)
+ Marriott (adjacent to convention, most of the video rooms are at)
+ Crowne Plaza (a block away, close to Civic Center)
+ Sainte Claire (across from Marriott)
+ Fairmont (across the street from Saint Claire, near restaurants like Johnny Rockets and others)
+ Ramada (free parking and breakfast, but have to walk a bit)

What you need to know:
+ Please be respectful to your roommates along with everyone else on the same floor.
+ Please do not try to crowd beyond the maximum occupancy of the hotel since it is a fire hazard.

+ Introduction: Introduce yourself. Do you have Facebook or Myspace? Feel free to post it up.
+ Hotel Information: where are you staying at and how long you're staying in.

okay so this meet-up is for any one in the sacramento area who either has BJDs or obitsus or would like to see them in person and know more about them!

I think the last meet-up at my house went well so I want to have another one:D

I figured this would be a good time to have it for all of those college/high school students :)

there's a park right next to my house we can use for photo-ops
so it's on the 19th-20th Friday-Saturday
time:
5:00 on friday
we will meet up at Rush Park on friday, like a mile or two from my house
there's a nice Pavilion and BBQ thing we can use, I'll look into what I have to do to use it.
I'll make this a BBQ dinner thing
so sign up for something!

there's a pool in case anyone wants to go swimming I'll find out when public swim is and how much it costs:)

that night we can all go back to my house for a slumber-party (sorry lillimuth :sweat I stole your idea... it just sounded like so much fun!! lol)

on Saturday morning my dad (or whoever) will make pancakes and/or waffles
....unless I can convince my brother to make crepes for us :aheartbea

and we can chat until everyone feels like going home :)

I'm going to assume no-one will be up until 12 or  so...
so leaving time will probabally be around 5pm <3
so... anyone have anyting to add?
would a different weekend be better?
should I change it to July?
