I'll be going as Demyx, and possibly KHII Kairi (pink). Wow, I thought I was going to be the only Demyx....for the number of fans he has, he's oddly under-cosplayed, at least from what I've seen.

I don't recall exactly all the people i glomped/hugged, but I probably did, as I seem to be unable to resist "Glomp Me" and "Hug Me" signs. I myself might even have one next year :D

Ah, this is new. So it turns out I might end up not doing some of the cosplays I was going to, and I may or may not be being Kalifa instead. A couple of my friends have been getting me back into One Piece and they're talking about doing a CP9 group, but I don't know if they mean for Fanime 08, or another con, or another year.....she would be easy enough, I probably have half the things I need already, but....yeah. I dunno. To be honest, I'd like to be Luffy sometime. And Sanji, but that's going to have to wait until I get more flexible, 'cause I really want to be able to pose for pictures with my leg straight up. Or as straight as possible. Getting off topic, shutting up now  :-X

Apparently, I missed the pole. Ah well. My favorite: The twins, hands down. If I had to pick just one of them, though, it'd be Kaoru.

SasuNaru, for sure. They are the first pairing I've ever felt this strongly about. No other pair has ever been able to break my heart like these two (note: just so you know, if a pairing/fic/etc. can make me cry, then it's a very good thing). Even though it's still technically just fanon, there's such an overwhelming amount of evidence that, given they're both still alive by the end of the series, if they're not canon, Kishimoto better sleep with one eye open o.o;

Second place would be a tie between Zabuza/Haku and Utena/Anthy.

Craziest thing I was a part of last year was the Death Note Wars. It was at our mini-DN Gathering. An L stole a Kira's Note, and the Ls began to play keep-away with it as the Kiras and a Misa chased them around. It was rather insane. At one point, all the Kiras had one side of the Note and all the Ls had another, and we began to play tug-o-war with it. Then a Near showed up, and I figured he was on L's side. Turns out he was on Near's side; he actually BIT my L in an attempt to get the Death Note! It ended with the Ls exchanging their evidence for a half-eaten box of Strawberry Pocky.

I wish we'd done our Mello box trap. Me and my L were going to put a chocolate bar under a box, propped up by a stick with a tring tied to it, and try to catch a Mello. We bought the chocolate bar, but, sadly, forgot everything else XD

Sunday of Fanime 07, there was a mini-Death Note gathering of sorts. It started with me (I was a Kira), and my L, Ryuk, and Misa, along with an L we'd befriended. We went through the entire convention and rounded up every Death Note cosplayer we could find and went outside to do our own badly-planned gathering. This, I think, eventually turned into what I will forever remember as the Death Note Wars, where the Ls stole a Note, but eventually gave it back in exchange for Pocky XD.

Anyway, was anyone there? And if so, do you have any pictures? My camera was broken at the time, so I wasn't able to take any pics  :(

Well, I WAS going to be Demyx (KHII) and Kaoru (Ouran High School Host Club), but then a few months ago, I got sucked into the world of Naruto and have since become unhealthily obsessed (yaaaay!), so now my group and I are doing all Naruto stuff. Hopefully, I'll be able to get all of these together in time (and be able to fit them all into three or four days ^^)

Sasuke Uchiha (blue + white) - 100% finished
Shippuuden Sasuke - 98% finished
Haku - 50% finished
Deidara - 40% finished
Gai-sensei - 20% finished
Gaara - 0% finished


Not to say that this couldn't still change, I suppose....And actually, I may 86 the Deidara for the time being, since my two biggest cosplay partners are also going to be him at some point....I dunno.
