Hello, I'm looking to buy an xbox 360 HDDVD player. Fry's sells them for $34.99, but that's too much money for something I'm just gonna rip apart.

I'm building a blue laser pointer, so I need the laser diode out of the drive.

If someone has one that they don't care about anymore or one that doesn't work (for reasons other then the laser diode going bad) I would like to buy it.

I'm looking to spend under $20, if that's possible, thanks.

Yeah Frys has tuns of them.. lol they still have the xbox360 HDDVD player...

For the longest time the HDDVD player was $39.99, now they dropped to $34.99. I'm waiting for it to hit like $20- before I buy one. $35 is allot of money for something I'm just gonna take apart for one laser diode. Gonna make me a blue laser pointer xD!

Hi, I just want to know if anyone else has this drill and if so, do you know if it comes apart to change the battery? If anyone has gotten this thing apart, I'd like to know how you did it without breaking it. My goal is to make the drill pulse instead of just stay on when you flip the switch. I'll post a tutorial on how to do it once I figure it out, if anyone is interested.

So.... Yeah. Cosplay Mini Golf is 8 days away and I can't wait LOL. I hope this has a good turn out, we want to try to make it an anual event. Right now it has a 50/50 chance of being freaking amazing or failing. We don't want it to fail. If we do this next year, I want to set up some kind of pre regestration so we can get an idea of how many people are gona show up. If we get alot of people, we might be able to reserve the entire golfland, get a few bands and maybe some other stuff. I don't know just a few ideas.... Anyways, see you all in 8 days xD.

I was there. It was awesome. Way more people then last year. Let's see.. I show up, first thing that happens, I hear "RENO!!!" and I'm thinking "oh shit, RUN" now I'm running with liek 10 girls and 1 dude chasing me I'm like "WTF" LOL. So anyways I finely get to regestration, pay, go in and had a good time xD. Oh and that first band that played was AWESOME. Oh and I think it was the 3rd band that played(I remember their guitarist played with a band there last year) that didn't have a drummer... Well if there looking for one, I happen to be a drummer who is looking for a band xD.

The date is Tuesday August 19th.

When I first posted information about it, I did say Thursday August 21st. But that date changed due to the fact that a big group already had that day booked. So I had to change it to Tuesday August 19th.

Oh and flyers are being printed. I will be picking them up Friday. So expect to see them in places like San Francisco's Japan Town, Milpitas Golfland, Sunnyvale Golfland and other places.
