So, we planned our skit which resulted in costume changes. All of us are still going, just as different people. Here's the updated list.

That's right! The D.Gray Man 2011 gathering is HERE! I've been wanting to host a gathering, and I figured this was perfect. My group and I will be cosplaying D.Gray Man characters for this gathering as well.

I'm hoping we can play a game or two, but that depends on how many people come and how much time we end up having. We can decide that when Fanime gets closer. For the moment, let me know who you'll be cosplaying for the gathering so I can mark you down, and feel free to post any ideas.

Hm.... you know what I'm wondering? Cid from Final Fantasy 7, would he count? The goggles and colors kind of make me think so... but I'm not exactly sure. Any opinions?

OMG! That would be so amazing! Especially considering how all the KH characters would have such hilarious answers. Can I be Marluxia? -Laughs- But yeah, I love the idea. A KH Family Feud would be epic. Maybe like, Chain of memories vs Kingdom Hearts II, and axel hosting cause he's in both. Or something like that.

Also, a lot of cosplayers hang out around the fountains and do shoots outside. If your costume is too big to fit through doors, you can still have it outside. I know when I make Millenum Earl, it may not fit through a doorway, so I would just wear it in the courtyard.

Yay! I'm excited for Fanime 2011! My group is going to be doing Princess Tutu! We will have:

Mmkay, planning and organizing of the songs is all done! I'm SO ready for this panel! Much better than trying to wing it like I did with last years panels. Here are the musicals represented:

I know there are others, but these seem to be the main ones, and there's only so much I can cover in an hour when you consider that most songs are 3-5 minutes in length, AND we have to teach you all a dance. ^_^ You better be here, or you'll be missing out!

Don't know what hotel you're staying at, but I know that the Hilton will hold your stuff.

Most of the different hotels have bag checks and will hold your bag. I know last year, my friend had the Hilton hold her bags even though she had stayed at the Fairmont. I don't know the real rules, but I think if you ask nicely enough, the hotel will store your bags even if you weren't staying at that hotel.

I'll be showing up as Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho.  :)

Hey, just a heads up, it's not looking like we'll get the giant bunch of Yu Yu Hakusho cosplayers I'd hoped for this year. -_- People always bail. But I WILL a Kurama and youko with me for sure. Hopefully a Koto if she's feeling well enough, and possibly a Touya.

One more question. I'm asking it out of private messaging, because it's relevant to everyone else too. When it asks us to list out "Costumes and awards", does it only want to know about costumes that have won awards, or about all the costumes we've worn, even if they have won us no award?

Would that be alright? I don't know if those are considered fan designs, because I know the vocaloids have many different outfits depending on the songs they are singing.

I know the contest rules say Anime, Manga, and video games, but I'm wondering if it's alright to be Vocaloids? Since they made Project Diva, it's now considered a video game, right?

I haven't posted this prior: We will be taking resumes for entry in the event until Wednesday, May 26th, 2010 (9PM cut off time) or when I fill all of the entry slots

How many entry slots are there? And also, What if one of the partners is someone new to cosplay and doesn't really have a resume, but the other has been a cosplayer for several years? Is that not allowed? Or am I correct to assume that both partners need to have prior cosplay experience?

Then yup! We'll be learning a short dance portion of Hono Sainara.

+ Introduction: Hey! My name is Kate, but please call me Kiara. ^_^. I'm a 19 year old female, just so you know. -bows- A pleasure to meet you. I am currently in dire need of a hotel room for Fanime, as every single option I had seems to have flaked or fallen through.

+ Hotel Information: I'm trying my hand at finding a room from Thursday-Monday. If you've got a room Fri-Mon, or Thu-Sun, we can talk, but I would REALLY prefer Thu-Mon. Due to having a bunch of cosplays to change into during the day, I am only looking for a room in the hotels adjacent to or right near the convention center.

+ Requirements: I don't really care about the ages of people in the room or the genders, I just wish for people who won't go all insane and throw stuff around/make a giant mess. -_- I don't drink or smoke, and I most just need a room because I am a cosplayer and have like 3 or 4 costumes a day to change into. That, and sleep.... if that will even happen. I can sleep on the floor, I don't mind that at all. Basically, I'm one of those "I don't care about anything aside from having a place to change and sleep." But a room with fun and exciting people is also a good thing. And I can bring snacks for everyone. ^_^

+ Miscellaneous: As for money, I don't have too much, but I can pitch in 50 or so. I can also help with someone's costumes/wigs/props or whatever else they might need help with since I can't pay too much for a room. I'm basically willing to negotiate to try and figure something out.

I'd prefer to room with other cosplayers, but that's not a requirement. ^_^ I just need a room to stay in, and hopefully I'll get to make some friends along the way! :3

Hehe. The Sailor Moon musicals are the ones that got me started on Anime Musicals, but it was TeniMyu that made me really fall in love with them.

What's Tuti's dance? If you can give me a link to what you're talking about, I'm sure I could probably include it in the panel. ^_^

Ah, my character changed. -_- I'm not going to be France anymore. I can't decide between Russia or Germany. I'll be Russia for the Masquerade, so chances are, I'll be Germany for the gathering. Not fully certain yet.
