Also, my friends and I DO get complementary shuttle passes to and from the convention center for registering at the Double Tree, correct? and are those shuttle passes given to us at the hotel or are the convention passes automatically the passes themselves (we will be going to the convention first on that friday and checking in later in the day)?

Your email may be getting rejected by the FanimeCon mail servers. I'd recommend trying a different email account (try gMail!)

For the full body and head shots, would cosplay photos work? I don't have photos of myself out of cosplay... :/a

The Doubletree FanimeCon shuttle is available 24 hours, although in the late night hours, it will be mostly an on-call service. Still beats walking!

Actually, FanimeCon has set up a shuttle for attendees with the Doubletree, so you'll be able to get a ride right from the hotel to the Convention Center! You'll receive an information sheet when you check into your room.

Um.. question. How do you reserve a suite? Do you have to call the hotel or Housing or email or what? :-\

Suites are available at the St. Claire. Feel free to also call CMR to check on any additional choices- they will be open again on Tuesday after the holiday weekend.

PM me with your specific reservation information (hotel desired, check in/out dates, and number of people).

Hmm... I'd say it holds about 5 people? Maybe 7, if we can squish together...

Getting on the waitlist is a great idea- we're currently working to add more rooms to our block, so hopefully we'll be able to accommodate everyone. I'm sorry for the delay you've experienced with your housing so far!

I'd be happy to look into this for future years, although I'm not sure if it would be possible at this time. Any savings at all for our attendees are awesome, so it's always good to have more options  :)
