Ideas and Suggestions / Re: Expanded Artist Alley?

I hear we are allowing those two I mentioned earlier in the thread table space : ( I'm pretty saddened.

Going through a bit of a rough patch as the series itself has of late.

I miss the early days of the series most of all.

Well no one that has posted here yet, unless you plan on it.

Eh... yes yes > A>;;

Filling it out right now, hope it doesn't get lost in the mail like it did last year > <

Which would make this gathering at 10:00 PM Sunday undisputably the official one to put down on the list then.

Well she has a flu currently and had been indisposed for a few weeks recently, but I'm sure she'll get back to you when she can okay? C:

New chapter is up : 3

I only read manga, so I've not seen any of the anime (past the snippet I saw at Fanime).

I didn't know at the time I read that idea that it was actively being promoted elsewhere and was actually in pratice at a con already, I figured such a poor idea had no traction what so ever.

I'm almost of the mind that most of the people going around spreading this idea are actually against it, and are doing this to demonstrate how unpopular it is by showing how much negative feedback it recieves.

Alright thank you. I didn't mean to give the impression they'd only sell at this con, far from it in fact. These are artists who have sold at other conventions, such as AE, AN, and even Comic World in Korea, who do have a body of work all set to sell. Trust me the AA community at Fanime is the main reason I even attend in the first place, and I'd only work to further grow and strengthen it.

It's at the most five minutes away, I never got the big deal about the distance really. It offers the most space and it costs the same as the other hotels, there was no reason for me to not pick it. The classy "posh" feel is just another positive in my book. I'm a Fairmont club member so I benefit from a few other perks as well, which pretty much seals the deal.

The rooms at the St. Claire are very small, the rooms at the Fairmont are quite large on the other hand.

When do you think you'll have a confirm/deny on additional tables then? Not to be inpatient, but since I'm working hard canvassing my artist friends to come and sell I don't want to be giving them a false impression they'll be space open for them when there might not be.

Also when might you know if people who registered for this year last year might not be able to make it this year, thus freeing up their table for someone else?

Friend can't do Chrona cause she can't come sadly : (

The AA tables are keep reasonably priced as they are though, as far as AA operations go I don't think that's an area that needs focusing on ^^;;

Glad to see this thread used for more general AA chat/suggestions though. It wouldn't be Fanime without all our talented artists afterall.

I'd love to see some Fire Emblem 4-6 cosplayers : )

Ah well I'd suggest something but I'm just going there to represent a series/have pics taken perhaps, then I'll be fleeing back to the AA in all likely hood.

Ohh both Nino and Lute? Even more awesome, though I must confess I didn't like the FE Lute was in very much ^^;;

Ahh yes we should for sure! That sounds like a lot of fun C:

I'll probably just order a fake monocle from somewhere.
