This may seem like a silly question, but where would I find a good cat collar? I thought I could find one at one of the Halloween/party stores, but they're all either too simple, too cheaply made, or just not my style. It's too late to get it in time for Halloween, but it'd still be nice to have at Fanime.

I might be able to go as Chisame/Chiu. It all depends if I can get the money in time to get the costume and modify it for my own purposes in time. ^^;

When I find out for sure whether I can or not, I'll be sure to follow up in this thread.

ASAHiCon 2011 is going to be a one-day con on April 9, 2011 at Antioch High School. It's completely student run under the supervison of Jason Ebner and a few other teachers, convention veterans, and parent volunteers. All funds raised by this convention will go to Antioch High's after school programs, including ASAHi (Anime Society of Antioch HIgh) and E=MC^2 (Eastern Multi-Cultural Club aka Asian Club). Admission will be $7 or $5 with a school ID.

We plan on having a 25+ system game room (larger than any other local convention), Dealer's/Swap Meet Area, Artist Alley, Anime and Asian Film rooms, panels, and plenty of room for cosplay. I'm probably forgetting something, so we might have more.

For more information and to see our club blog, visit http://www.asahicon.org/. If you have any questions, send an e-mail to [email protected].

Go with the Whose Line idea. Seriously. It'll be so entertaining.

Or a stripping game. But I don't think the staff would like that. ;)

To keep the processing time to a minimum, please have gov't issued photo ID. I can make a student ID with a $500 card printer and photoshop a passport "copy". We are expecting long lines and great numbers. Please streamline the process by complying with our requirements.

Your reasoning totally makes sense and I'm not questioning it, but why would someone spend all that money on a card printer or Photoshop to get into a $45-60 convention?

It should work I mean if school IDs work then it should... don't you have a school ID, or less important forum of identification?

Oh.  I have a school ID. I thought I read somewhere that you couldn't use that. ._.

You can't use a school ID. Something about inconsistency. I dunno.
