I have some stuff I'd like to part with (extra signed shikishi, an unused Itunes card your music guests could sign..) that I'd like to donate this year.  Should I bring it by the table in the Dealer Hall like last year or is there another place I should stop by?

I'd like to drop them off around late Friday morning - Saturday and Sunday will be far too hectic for me.

Thanks!

Ideas and Suggestions / Special Auction Update
October 03, 2011, 04:27:59 PM
Thanks for updating with the pictures from the rescue efforts that Yokota helped organize.  It's nice to see the proceeds of that auction going to help people that really need it.

With winter coming, I'm sure there are lots of Japanese that are in need of warm clothing/food/shelter/gas in the next few months.  It would be spectacular if Fanime and Yokota could organize an online auction around December with the proceeds going to the earthquake victims.

Buy/Sell/Trade / (WTB) Convention Autographs & Sketches
February 25, 2011, 11:15:59 PM
I collect autographs and sketches from Japanese industry personnel (no US voice actors/artists, please) and I'm always looking to buy more.

I am primarily looking only for sketches done on paper media, such as sketch pads and shikishi boards.

If you have any that you would like to sell, please let me know.  Thanks in advance.

Panels and Workshops / Anime Production Artwork panel?
February 22, 2011, 05:52:33 PM
Just wondering if anyone would be interested in doing an anime production artwork (cels, sketches, etc.) panel or there would be any interest in having something like this.  I wouldn't mind doing a collaboration if anyone was interested the topic.  I'm absolutely horrible with technology, but I have enough artwork to easily supply any presentation.

Thoughts?

More Japanese anime artists & mangaka please.  This is why I attend conventions, and why I also chose to attend Fanime this year.

I could care less about the American dub voicers, but, I understand that that's one of the things that brings in a lot of the younger fanbase.

Also, I'd like to see MangaGamer(they localize H-games) at Fanime in 2011.  They brought along 8 great Japanese artists, and I would absolutely love to meet & purchase shikishi from whatever artists they might bring to Fanime.
