I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what wig vendor I'm thinking of?
I think they were the only one selling the two toned curly twin tail wigs, kind of by one of the doors.
I don't remember if they did it this year (I think they did), but previously they've sold a lot of Kingdom Hearts shirts.
If anyone could help me out, that would be great!
I think you might be thinking of Arda Wigs- I bought a base and falls of one color but they had a couple set up that were two-tone.
Epic Cosplay and another vendor were also there with wigs, but I didn't see falls/pigtails hanging in their booths at a quick glance, sorry.
