we have a lot of events to go to but my boyfriend might bring back his retired Koji cosplay if more people can commit to the Gathering and if there are no conflict of interests with other events. I'd be there to photograph.
I may go as Henry. I was just googling to see if there would be any digimon groups to this year's fanime. This is still a maybe, but I'd really like to see this happen.

Hey, hey! Alright! I'm excited there's a Digimon gathering! I'm going to cosplay in my Renamon suit (obviously, hence the name. :P) I'm pretty excited! This'll be my first time to Fanime, too.

Hi there! I will be cosplaying as Agunimon...it took me a good 2 months to put it together. Just curious: what does it take to run this event? I want to help out, but I don't know how busy I'll be at Fanime yet.
Hi there, it doesn't take much really, just to guide people to set up for pictures and to set the group up for the pictures on the list and to communicate with the photographer. I don't really know how else to describe it =/ really its just being there and making sure the photographer and group knows what pictures are planned and to be in charge so nothing goes wrong =)
I'm fine with running the gathering still, I just will not be dressed in digimon attire (rather I'll be dressed as cyborg 003 from cyborg 009) while i run it.

usually, yeah. but sometimes no one shows up haha, its hard to say until the actual gathering. I know at least 4 people are 100% for sure coming though

Hi! I'm wondering if you have any idea when this gathering will be. I'm part of a group that has almost all the season 1 digi-destined and we're planning on cosplaying it on Fanime Sunday since we have other gatherings on Saturday :'D
Usually I hold the gathering on friday, later in the day around 6ish. Saturday is CRAZY busy for me and most cosplayers that attend other gatherings. so newer gatherings like this one usually end up on friday or monday

Ooh, this works out perfectly! I was already planning to cosplay as Arukenimon (human form) on Friday, so this gathering couldn't be at a better time. I shall definitely partake. Also, if anyone is going as Ken or especially Mummymon, I wanna take a picture with them. (Or any insect Digimon or anyone from season 2, maybe.)

SO, a few things you need to know!
1: the "HUB" is located in the very back of the main entry way, first floor of the con center- there is usually a small black stage set up for gatherings, we will meet there at 7 PM friday!
2: I couln't finish my cosplay on time thanks to finals and life.... SO I will be dressed as either Death (Sandman) or in a gloomy bear kigu. I am still running the gathering, just out of cosplay =) so keep an eye out!
