@ waffle-lover26: This seems like as good a time as any to plug my panel on making an Abridged Series. There's a thread about it linked in my sig. If you want to make an Abridged Series, it might help to check it out. (And even if you don't want to make an Abridged Series, please attend it anyways, I've been working really hard on it.) But it sounds like you've got some ideas getting worked up there, but I'd recommend not getting too far ahead of yourself; write the jokes one episode at a time. The Batman one works first episode, but perhaps a better opportunity for the Klondike Bar joke would arise. For example, "Would you rescue Rukia for a Klondike bar?" Either way, try the jokes out, see what works, and above all have fun with it should you chose to make it.

I actually just got back from that movie, although I got caught in the rain when heading to it. Though that did mean that by the time I got into the theater, my hair was so soaked that I just had to run my hair through it and suddenly I was looking like post-betrayal Aizen. And since I wear glasses, I was rather tempted to take them off and declare that I will sit atop the heavens.

And if anyone's interested, here's the review I wrote: http://movies.yahoo.com/mvc/dfrv?mid=1808665084&uid=DoGuHUrpi8d6VPg4F9cbUGe3lXfGbjk6IA--&s=rc_d&i=0&spl=0

I can't sew either, so I'm somewhat jealous of those of you who can. I've managed to gain some skill with a hot glue gun, but that will only get one so far. Fortunately, my grandmother is amazing at sewing, so when I need something made she's always willing to lend a hand.

Yuu: Here's hoping you get your Kanda costume done, then. Sorry your friend is being so frustrating.

Bleach vs Naruto girls dancing? coencidence? What is with all the beginning/ending theme dances?!?!

I attribute it to the success of "Hare Hare Yukai" and "Motteke! Sailor Fuku" from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and Lucky Star, respectively. Probably does not have anything to do with Caramelldansen, at least.

But the ones that I decided to learn are fun, anyways, so no complaints here.

A Land Shark? Here? That's my worst fear realized! Come in, let me know what I must do in order to avoid getting killed by the -- *opens door* LAND SHAAAARK!!! *eaten*

*Knock knock* Oh Mr. Fry, it's those three plumbers you called for. (Hey, it worked in Futurama.)

Well, I'm about halfway through the episode and already lost my will to live. So, it was nice knowing you all, I'll see you in hell.

Oh, wait, Fanime's worth living for. I'll just have to live with the trauma, I suppose. *sigh* The years of therapy are sometimes the most expensive part of being an anime fan.

Not shark? That's my favorite kind of perfectly harmless land creature that won't try to eat me! *Eaten*

*Knock knock* It's your neighbor, I need to get rid of that large TV you've always been jealous of and was hoping you could take it off my hands.

There are some great videos for the Bachikoi dance on youtube if you'd like to watch them...not sure if we're still doing that or not.

I'm all for Bacchikoi; got the full version on my iPod, though my speakers for it aren't all that great, but it's fun anyways. Bacchikoi, bacchikoi, bei-bee~

Also, there's not too many fights with Kakuzu that can be done without the multiple heart mask things moving about, but any fights with him that are needed, I can do. My costume also involves using wires as his crazy rip-out-your-heart stitches, if needed, although seeing as they are wires, safety is the top priority with them.

EDIT: Ah, never mind, bad idea. Can't get it done in time with the lack of everything I have. Just gonna focus on what I'm currently working on.

Ah, the Akatsuki guys went home with a few more prizes than me, but they were working together, so I'm pretty sure individually I had them beat. Suppose we'll see how much I can claim this year, tho'... And yep, looking forward to seeing you again as well!

But you're still allowed to wish them a happy birthday, so happy b-day, fanime_lo-ve!

PS. I'm pretty sure this is our first time meeting on the forums, fanime_lo-ve, but I believe I recognize you from last year; I was the Aizen that kicked ass at rock-paper-scissors. We worked together to keep one of the barrels away from the ninjas for a bit, if I recall correctly.

Are there any other people that have more than one gathering to go to?

I believe the Naruto and One Piece gatherings are on the same day, so I'll have to switch between those two, plus I think Ninjas vs Pirates is at some point around then as well. Of course, since I'll be both a ninja and a pirate that day, whichever side I take will depend on which costume I'm currently in at the time.

Fortunately, friday I only have the Yugioh gathering I'm hosting, so I can get my hair into the insane shape Manjoume has it in without having to switch costumes later on.
