Things in the Universe / R.I.P. Eddie Van Halen

People who know me know how much I love Van Halen, my favorite band. So naturally, I am currently upset over the loss of Eddie, the band's guitarist  He lost his battle with cancer on Tuesday, Oct 6th, 2020.
But I am glad that I got to see the band during their 2015 tour. The concert wasn't perfect, but I still enjoyed it.

P.S. I am aware that today, Oct 10th, is David Lee Roth's birthday. I guess irony can't hurt (in a desperate attempt to lighten the mood XD )

Hotel and Facilities / Hotel stay 2019 feedback

And here we go again. How was your hotel stay this year?

Hotel: Westin (Saint Claire)

Pros:
Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Yay!
Still love that tall shower head 
Heater and airco worked wonderfully.

Weird coincidence:
Every time I was in the elevator, someone else went to my floor as well.

Questions:
How does the dial in the fridge work? Do you turn it to make the temp colder, or do you leave it alone for the coldest temp?


Cons:

No HBO on the TV...has it always been this way?
The king bed felt smaller than it did last year. I know that I'm not growing any taller.
I understand the need for a security guard in the lobby, but he gave me the vibe that he wanted to follow me all the way to my room (he didn't, but still that was weird).

Come back next year? Sure, why not.

Straightforward enough, just share your experience with the hotel you stayed at this year.

Hotel: Westin (Saint Claire) on Market and San Carlos

Pros:

1 Smooth check in and check out.
2 A fridge
3 Awesome shower that goes above my head. Yay for not having to bend, squat or lean XD
4 They got me a room on the 2nd floor. Sweet.

Cons:

1 What's taking so long for them to email my receipt that I asked for? XD
2 Tiny elevator
3 One night, my key card didn't work on the door from the stairs to my floor, forcing me to use the elevator...come on...

Would I come back?
Very likely

Side note, my first choice for several years, the Ramada/Pacific Motor Inn is already sold out for next year's Fanime 0_0

-No particular order for this list

-You can not post more than once in a row. Please wait until someone posts a title after you.

-Don't forget the number next to you anime title (ie, 300. title here)

-Anime titles can include movies, oavs/ovas, onas, tv series, and official music videos.

-Post one title at a time. Exception is mentioned below.

-Honorable Mentions (HMs) will be allowed, but they must be related to the title you are posting (Example, if you put in a tv series, you can use a movie or two as HMs). You can subsequently post as many HMs as you want.

- Edit: Sequels and spinoffs must be listed as HMs next to the title you posted anyway.

I just felt like asking because I was thinking about the "debate" a while ago as I tried a Nathan's Famous dog at SJSU and put ketchup on it. I dunno.

As for me I say yay. I happen to like the way it tastes.
