Im just wondering how would you know if your panel has gotten accepted and how many days would it take for them to check it out?
I don't know what the official process is, but in our case, we submitted a request for a panel around 3/7 and got a reply about a little over a week later around the 16th. Hope that helps.
As far as I know, if you submitted it before the date they specified (Sorry can't remember it, it's on the fanime home page) they got back to you about a week later and if it's accepted give a tentative time and place for it. I got an email back from mine about 3-4 days after I submitted the description.
I submitted back in Feb. and got the Ok in the first week of march. But it's more or less "Your in", I don't know no other details right now..
