Does the coat check include props too or no? I'd rather save a trip to the hotel room if necessary, but I understand if it doesn't.

There is no coat check. Please do not bring your props.

Hey everyone,

Since the Dept. Head of Black & White Ball has announced that the playlist is now completed, I am going to lock this thread.

The suggestion post for next year's playlist will be posted by the Dept. Head after FanimeCon has ended.

Thank you for all your suggestions! Have a fantastic time at the dance lessons and FanimeCon's Black & White Ball.

An announcement will be up on the website later today or tomorrow. :D

Has the performance order been decided yet? How is that going to work?

It works like a normal concert. One artist performs, then there is a short intermission before the second artist performs.

I'll have to rearrange my schedule to go check out his Q&A panel/Autograph session!

You can probably get good seats if you line up an hour or two before the concert starts.  We wouldn't want you to line up in the morning and wait all day long since you would be missing a lot of things that are going on at the convention.

when is the time going to be announced?

The schedule will go up soon. Please check the website for the latest news.

@midnight.maiden: yeah that was terrible for them to announce that when people were lining up...hopefully they'll just let us keep it in our bags instead of having to keep it outside the civic center.

The no camera at the MusicFest concert has been standard policy for the last several years for most of our MusicFest Guests of Honor.

It tends to be up to the artist's choice at their Autograph Session and their Q&A Panel.

on the earplugs comment: I always try to bring earplugs to any sort of concert. You might never know when you will end up next to the speakers! Plus, as you get older, you lose some hearing so it's good to protect your hearing at any age.

The concert will definitely be loud and fun. I hope you and your parents enjoy it. :D

The schedule for MusicFest is currently being finalized.

As for how MusicFest works, you just go to the Civic (after leaving your camera in your hotel room/car), find a seat, and enjoy the performances put on by our Musical Guests of Honor.

Thanks for responding! Are there rules/guidelines to the autograph session? Like what is okay to have signed and if taking photos are alright, etc.

For the autograph sessions, we'll post up the rules up once we receive them.

Will there be a meet and greet sort of session with Yuya? Anyone know when?

There will be a Q&A Panel and an Autograph session. The schedule is still being finalized so keep checking the website/forums for more updates.

While some don't share in my enthusiasm, I'm jumping up and down in my seat right now. :) Loove.

Don't worry. All of MusicFest staff and many other FanimeCon staff members are jumping up and down with you. :D

We're really excited to let the news out!

i don't know, a lot, i think. I remember maid cafe, guest relations, and some others.

Fanimaid cafe doesn't have many staff positions and nearly all the maids are volunteers, not staff. This Sunday, April 10, there is the last Fanimaid Cafe tryouts if you would like to be a maid and work the cafe.

Hey everyone,

We apologize for the delay!! Marisa had a family emergency and the link wasn't able to go up in time. But it should be up soon and we'll take care of everyone who emailed us throughout the night.

Thank you for being understanding!
