On Friday I was a traditional Geisha in a red kimono...really need shots of this one it came out great but my friends pictures he took came out kinda dark.
Saturday, punk rock doll with black and white long ponytails /striped tights
Saturday night black and silver masquerade costume and mask
Sunday black and white traditional maid with white bow on head and matching dollfie.

Now to help all you Frank Flamingo Fans I have been trying to post the pics on his my space page http://www.myspace.com/frankflamingo and I will keep trying I had a little trouble with error messages so if you took a shot with frank it will make it on there soon (hopefully today)

Cool, how did this come about?

Im apart of their side thing called FUNiGIRLS (girls only =p)
And they need people for it at fanime so i filled out a app and i waited and BAM i get an email. I dont know what im doing yet their calling it a FUNiGIRLS party and its for girls only but i know its going to be FUN! =]

My friends and I are Funigirls so I can't wait to see you there...i hear if we bring our monthly membership cards  to the booth there is a free gift for Funigirls...is this true.

Does anyone know any good places to get masks? Preferably a plain either black or white satin mask, as I'm planning on decorating it myself, though places with good masks in general would be appreciated. ^_^

I bought a black and white one at Joanne's crafts and fabrics...I will be painting skulls on them for my friends because I found a venetian mask in black and silver for me and a venetian cat mask both affordable from a party supply store...these were nicer then the ones I saw online and cheaper.

I am so crazy excited that I drew out my wardrobe for each day so I could change and update them as I bought things over the last 4 months...how wierd is that.

I am doing a victorian gown in black and silver with white accents including venetian masks.....is this to over the top for this event....

I have a team of guys who build decks just for me to test at tournaments and play amongst ourselves....we are also looking to play some five color is anyone interested...we have players for red, black, green, so either blue or white since our last player has not decided what his color will be but he is pretty versatile...so he can play either.  I love watching guys get bent when they get slaughtered by a girl.... :twisted:

If I make it, you'll be seeing a lot of Lycee cards and figurines for sell. If anyone wants my ToS figures, just ask >.>. I'd love to get rid of my Magic Cards, too (I have so many, it's like an overplayed joke).

I am coming with 5 friends who all play magic and would be very interested can you give me an idea what you will be selling?  volume, series etc......

I really hope this happens...I think a friend and I are going to do victorian vampires along with our daughers....should make a good costume and stick with the black and white idea...

We got our room but as of last thursday 3-15-07 the Hilton was booked solid with no more rooms according to my friend he was so sad....I told him to book sooner.

I sure wish we could get a definate on this one so we can start putting together costumes I want to have time to make something fabulous....

This is my first con as well I am taking my daughter too...any tips I am a 33 year old punk rock mom with a 13 year old punker daughter..any helpful hints to make this as fun for her as possible would rock and how pg 13 should costumes be she has some pretty racey costume ideas.. :idea:
