T.T We won't be arriving till Saturday, but my friend and I usually go as Joey and Bakura/Ryou

The group I'm with will most likely have a Sanji, Luffy, Ace, and Chopper

But we won't be there until Saturday~

I think, that if we have time to organize things this year, instead of prompting everyone day of, we could discuss everything before hand in a chatroom instead.  (Not on the forums, so we don't give anything away, but on yahoo, or aim~)

(That and it will probably be easier to pull together the story and etc with more brains on the squad.)

(And, as one of the participants last year suggested, do you think this would go over better as an interactive panel?)

And for everybody, it doesn't matter what you're wearing for the meetings and hands outs in the mornings (and friday) as long as you're in costume for the aactual performances~

*Head to Riser Sage for Mock up and how things will play out/timing

Saturday Performance~
*Meet @ Riser Stage
*4PM/ slightly before  - 5PM (we can run it longer if no one is involved in the masquerade/ BWball/ etc)
+Either first performance here or we only do one performance on Sunday

Sunday~
*Meet @ (Riser Stage?)
*8AM-10AM
+New Alibis for (second performance?)/ more practice

Sunday Performance~
*Meet @ Riser Stage
*3:30PM-5PM
+Second Performance w/Alternate Ending~

As this year is basically a trial run, I don't expect it to go anywhere near perfect, but I do expect we'll all have fun~

Oh, and also:(just in case~)
Fanime will be taking group pictures during the Gathering this year. If you do not want to be included in those pictures please step aside for those photos. By remaining with the group when the pictures are being taken you give your consent to be photographed. (I have been informed otherwise, but there might still be other congoers who wish to take pics so whatev~)

Hokay guys, I believe we have two routes to choose from (for now?):

A)

The actors(witnesses and I) meet up on Saturday morning
9AM~10AM near the fountains/ in the game room (which is better?)
and we do the event (questioning and such sometime around 3:30~4:30 in the game room
and wrap up on stage 4:30~5:00 w/conclusion

unless we want to do the whole thing on stage?  work quickly little detectives~ ... no... that would be cruel, neh?

or
B)

The witnesses and I can meet up on both/either Saturday/Sunday
9~10AM either day
and we do the event sometime Sunday evening between 5~7PM
(if the stage were avaiable sometime in that time it'd be cool too, but whatev, I'm flexible~)

I'm supposing during the actual event (if antone can actually tell what's up) Anyone can watch the questioning?
And hopefully the grand reveal at the end we can do public-like?
(Man that stage sounds great)

I'm thinking it would work out best like this:

We meet up Sunday 10 AM and Saturday 10 AM to hand out alibis to the witnesses so they have a chance to look things over, that way that can act things naturally.  >w<

If we decide we're all prepared for stuff, we weill probably have the actual murder mystery around 5 PM Saturday.

Likely we'll meet up out at the fountains all three times, but after we all discuss stuff in person, we can decide if we want the whole mystery out near the fountains.

Please respond to this so I can get a feeling if this'll work out.

I'll PM Darth today or tomorrow to see if he thinks this is organized enough. (thx for the heads up BSaphire)

Thank you witnesses for being patient, all of my classes threw projects at me this week, but I'll hopefully have things written up.  I'll post who all I request for witnesses by Thursday (I think, if not, keep checking back and curse my idiocy.  Maybe the stupid will leave my brain then. :D)

I think we're going to try to meet up on Sunday at least, and if things are working out well, (...) we might try a second round on Saturday, (or meet to discuss or hand out alibis on Sunday and actually do something on Saturday)  (Probably out by the fountains, but if things are going to be crowded I'll tell people to look in on the game room)

Okay, so I'm thinking that (unless I hear from Darth, or you guys have a bunch of conflicts) we could meet up probably out near the fountains (or back of the game room if there's already a gathering outside)  around ten in the morning on Saturday and/or Sunday... neh? :)

This year might not be super official because of all the complications we've dealt with. :-X

I'm thinking next year, we should try to get this as a panel or actual con supprted event.  If its popular enough we could probably do it that way too.  (We should have inquired through more of the admin for info/help~)

So, for now, I'll PM the people who wanted to witnesses as a confirmation, and anyone who wants to be a detective should at least post here if they plan on showing.

If you guys have any questions or concerns, please post as soon as possible.  :D

I haven't heard from DarthDiclonius in awhile, so I can't move forward in planning.  But we are moving forward in stuff. :)

(also, if I don't hear from Darth soon, this year may be simply getting together directly at the con to discuss how we can get this to work better next year.  Whoever wants to show up and talk stuff over, we'll probably do at least a mini mystery if can't pull the full fledgted one off.
