I"m driving down from Sonoma County. It's only about an hour to two hour drive depending on traffic. Wow loads of people coming from out of state. How do you all fit your cosplays in your bags?

Anyone can sign up and for the people who do not show up from the pre-register list, we will go to the at-con people who waited in line.

However, that's not to encourage people to sign up willy nilly and not be serious about attending.

If you sign-up, we hope you are serious about attending and will try your best to come to this event! However circumstances and emergencies do arise, so we are understanding of that as well.

See I don't know if I'm going to go but there's a chance. I've already bought my fanime badge but I just got a job. I really really wanna go but it depends of I'll have the weekend off.

I will die happy if SuG appears at Fanime this year. But I think that was obvious. 8D

You might understand how badly I want them at this Fanime. I just have been dying to see them live since I first saw one of their mvs years ago. Gah. Plus that signing. I'd really die a happy person getting Shinpei's autograph.

SuG's playing on 5/27 and 28 in Korea, so my guess is that they're not coming this year.

Okay that makes things a whole lot more comfortable. So there wont be like 3 times as many guys to girls or vise versa.

I would like to add that someone said stuff starts cooling down at 8 or so... Not really true. Some of the big events run late, like concerts and the masquerade.

I totally agree. I've been known to stay at the con till 1 or even 2 in the morning just because really. There are always people up and around. There are always showings and even some cosplay gatherings that start around or on midnight and those are always interesting.

Also there are some cheap hotels. I stayed at one a few years ago, that wasn't part of the con, for like $75 a night. Yeah it was a mile away but you can park by the hilton hotel in the mornings and wha
tnot.

I live in Santa Rosa as well and I've found it not bad really to travel down around any hour as long as there isn't a major rush. I'm leaving this year on Thursday just because but it's usually not that bad. Sure the city can get some traffic but that's what you'd expect since there are so many people in one town.

+ Hotel Information: Fairmont Hotel a block away but part of the con in a way Thursday - Monday
+ Costs: we're trying to get 6 people in so it'll be $88 a person.
+ Requirements: I'd prefer a girl because the rest of us are girls and cons don't need to be awkward. We need to keep the room clean and organized. I can try to bring an air mattress for those sleeping on the floor if that helps. No smoking or drinking in the room.
+ Miscellaneous: Well I live in NorCal and it's a 2 hour drive down to SJ but I'll be there on Thursday to Monday because it's just easier that way for me. I don't mind having to pick someone up from the Amtrak or airport but remember that I'll have to get you after we check in and get all the stuff out since my car doesn't hold that many people. I'm into Prince of Tennis, Air Gear, Pandora Hearts, and so so much more.
