Hello and good day,

A lot of people are wondering when Pre reg will be up and running, since hotels are already up, and most hotels around the convention center are already booked up.

This then questions if there will be rooms available when pro reg comes up and running. I hope answers will be made here, since lots of people in this industry of the con are starting to ask more questions and we can't find the answers.

So it has come to my attention that some people have called the cmrus number in questions about reservations. I understand that in order to reserve a hotel room, you will need to purchase a badge first, receive a confirmation number, then use that number to get your hotel.

A few people have asked if the person who has a group, or is the group leader, to get the hotels for their group. For ex: if the group is 22 people, can he/she get enough hotel rooms for that party?

The cmrus advisor stated it is 1 hotel room per group, instead of the 1 confirmation number per hotel room.

Can anyone from registration or administration answer this question on how a person gets a room this year? I know they tried to do this in 2014 but never implemented due to all the complaints.

I have received a question earlier today about the group registration on how to designate a group leader. Now I know its usually the person creating the group automatically becomes the leader, as it was for the past years, this year is a bit different.

Now is there an actual button to press or an action to take to assign the group leader? If so, I would like to know how.

What I usually do/did already when I made my own group, was on the other comments section, I put: "I am the designated group leader". This seemed the most logical way since I made the group and am the leader.

So there are a couple of boba places that I know would be cool for the food court. Not sure if they can make portable milk teas, but this will definitely make great revenue to both the con and the store.

I have a couple of questions about this and why is it not possible for both early and pre registration to get the discount. What is the point in getting a pre or early badge if we are doing a panel? I have friends that are doing panels, but they just want to know why.

So in the past there used to be an itg machine running as an arcade cabinet. Can someone bring that again? Its been like 3 fanime's ago, maybe more.

I just came from AODSF 2013 here in San Francisco, I was also at Fanime 2012. I was wondering if this year Mikubook/Vocalekt Visions will have their small concert like last year?

I know that the flyers for 2013 Fanime says the San Jose Convention Center, but it still seems to be under renovation. I read that the convention center won't be open till fall of 2013.

I would like to make sure this is going to still be the location.
