Just an idea I had. Depending on room size and number of participants I can think up a few types of puzzles and scenarios.

But I'm curious if this would be interesting.

I thought this might be a helpful panel for people who might be interested in adding practical effects to their props such as lights or movements as I'll go over simple terms, designs, and how to apply them. Not sure if anyone is interested. But I figured I would put this out there.

Monty Oum gathering has been put aside for now as I've been waiting a couple years for the others to appear. But they haven't and that's fine.

Now it's only going to be this year that I'll be making these masks and giving them away for free.

However this will be a first come and first serve as I can only build one mask a day to which I'll keep building till the last week before the convention. However things can happen. Additionally I can only hand them out at the gathering.

This event is open to everyone whether your character is human or fanus.

Now here are a few rules:
1. I'll be constructing the recruitment masks as linked above. If you wish for a custom color or design, please keep it simple as I can only do so much on my short time. Let's face it, it's takes time and experimentation to create a completely new mask. So please keep it simple.
2. If you don't want a mask anymore please say so ahead of time. I'd really hate to make a mask and have it go to waste.
3. Requesting a mask must be done by each individual. So please don't post for more then one. If someone else wants one they must ask it for themselves.

That's pretty much it. Let's just hope I don't get overwhelmed.

I was wondering if I can get a list of the songs used by stage zero during their intermission periods.

I really liked a few of them and I don't recall what the name to their songs were nor the artists names.

Figured I'd throw this out there to which I'd like to point out this is purely an idea and nothing more.

So what does everyone think? Seem like an interesting group cosplay project?

Gabe Weller RIG from Dead Space 2: Severed.
Cosplay includes full armor set, the hand cannon, and under suit. Spandex for the under layer is not included.
LED lights are fully functioning in the helmet's cyclops eye, hand scanner, and back harness.
Size is for medium to slightly large.
Price is $125USD including shipping (over paypal if possible). However I'm willing to negotiate the overall cost.
Not able to ship outside US.

It was just an interesting game idea I had.

Essentially, the game is about a player who can pop a balloon sitting on a stand the fastest with a keyblade. However the game is a bit more complicated due to the keyblade itself. But something of a surprise I'll say a bit later.

As for the prize, I was thinking of a nice prop keyblade in commemoration for the winner being the quickest keyblader in fanime.

Does this idea seem good?

Kind of an interesting idea I had with a few people.

Essentially it works like pokemon snap but with cosplayers as there will be multiple categories to compete in for the type of pictures that we can get as a competition between photographers.

But also with this we can compile a massive album for everyone to see as there are times people aren't able to get the pictures that we want.

So what do people think?

I've read the list of what is and isn't allowed for the artist alley. But it doesn't quite cover my idea of what I plan to sell. So does anyone know who I should ask in regards to this?

Since I haven't seen a dead space gathering I figured I'd give it a shot. Plus I'd think it would be pretty awesome to see a bunch of people dressed in RIGs having a shot out against necromorphs/zombies. Also, you don't have to be a character to be in a RIG. Nor any character to which you can have a pulse weapon since there are a lot of characters in the game that were like that.

Fanime will be taking group pictures during the Gathering/Event this year. If you do not want to be included in those pictures please step aside for those photos. By remaining with the group when the pictures are being taken you give your consent to be photographed.

 I was curious how does one start a group?

I decided on a certain cosplay next year and I really wanted to create a group for it. But I'm uncertain in how to create it. Any tips or advice?

So I was wondering if I could get a critique for this because I was wondering if I should attempt something like this if I ever decide to do something at the artist gallery.

 I was wondering if someone could give me a critique about the keys I've made and also any other ways I can improve my technique to make my props look even better.

Additionally I was also wondering if they are even worthy enough of being sold.
