There was one staffer at fanime who was wearing a Naruto outfit that I need apologize to, as he told me to move out of the way to the side politely twice in the hallway towards the Hilton..I'm very sorry! ><

I had a great time, no real complaints except for no mini schedule book.

There was one elevator in the hilton with hand marks on the doors when you are inside..people were making comments on how it was haunted : P

Well, I would rather have heat than the horrible weather that San Jose has been having recently.

I'm sure they won't bump you because your friend gets there at the ACTUAL check-in time. They are a business, one based in customer service, so they really have no good reason to do that. You can always call the hotel about your name being slapped on there in case you can do an early check-in.

Also, aside form receiving the email about room reservations, will we receive another one (like, sya, week before con) about it from Fanime housing/Hilton for notification of our rooms?

To receive your hotel room on Friday, does the person who originally booked the room have to be there?

A friend has booked a 4 person room but might not arrive at the con until 2-3. I was wondering if I can somehow arrive early and get our rooms because I am worried we will get shafted and moved into a 2 person room or something..
