I might be able to swing 3 but 2 would probably be pushing it. I'm hosing another gathering in the morning and will need time afterward to put the vines on.

So gathering submissions have opened up! That means that we need to nail down a day/time pretty soon. So far, Friday afternoon has worked pretty well for us in the past so I'm thinking we can stick with that. Sometime around 4 or 5 depending on how timing with other gatherings works out...thoughts?

Due to gatherings I'm attending and others needs I'm thinking Friday, in the earlier part of the day. Exact time can be nailed down based on limitations of others and what other large gatherings pick. How does 12 or 1 sound to people? I might be able to push it a little later if need be but not by much.
Also Location! This also will depend on what other gatherings are going on when we sign up...but the side of the fountains (or ex-fountains now) worked really well for us last year. Does anybody have any objections to having it there again? (I'd probably move it over to the Marriott side though, to avoid the major construction of woah that's going on next to the Hilton side.) Also any back-up location thoughts if that place is taken? Keep in mind that we have drawn a lot of photographers in the past so need the space for them and us to stand.

Ahh ok her Bounty Hunter outfit! Coolbeans on the Boota, was wondering what the approach was going to be since I've seen Gijinka, Human/Garlock, and even full sized fursuits.

But of course I have to list you all! It helps our numbers for official thingie-things and makes it so that others know who's there as what for photo planning purposes. Especially since there are so many fun characters on that list that aren't normally seen! SO EXCITED!!!

I'm certain that a fan will do a much better job than a parasol. shade can only cool you off so much while wind from a fan can work wonders! And I'm speaking from experience on this one.

Well that's where you're wrong Kiyone, I do have a fan! And it was a special gift from Taichou with our squad's symbol on it...did Taichou give YOU a fan? So I can use Taichou's gift to keep him cool...and you can go struggle with your pack. A useful squad member wouldn't become a burden to Taichou by bringing too much stuff.
