A little update, our gathering has been assigned to the time slot of 12:30pm on Sunday.

Noon works out for me! Maybe we can all get lunch afterwards too. :)

Also same place as last time? Between the convention center and the Marriott. It's a pretty spacious place and there is plenty of shade.

I'm open to changing the time if it works out for everyone else. Nothing is set in stone of course. :) I'll be free essentially all of Sunday. What time would work out better?

Awesome! Welcome Spotted Fish to the club. :) Best of luck working on those cosplay details; I know the feeling of trying to get everything spot on.

Does 1pm on Sunday work for everyone? And as far as location - Should we go same location as last year? Or somewhere different? The convention center finally finished it's renovations so there's a plethora or different gathering locations. :)

Fanime will be taking group pictures during the Gathering/Event this year. If you do not want to be included in those pictures please step aside for those photos. By remaining with the group when the pictures are being taken you give your consent to be photographed.

There seems to be a lot of interest. I have two gatherings, but if someone wants to host this but needs help, I'd be happy to help and co-host it!
(I've had a lot of experience(Have hosted gatherings since 2007 I believe....) xD)

I messaged recessiveinheritance about hosting the gathering but they never got back to me. Should I set up a new thread with all of the particulars or should I wait until they get back?

I'll be going as Fionna and bringing my sister as Finn. I'll be happy to help organize the event or take on the role as organizer. :)

I remember surviving off of Pita Pit and Subway last year. I usually make it a point to go to Psycho Doughnuts and Philz some mornings. Also Pizza My Heart. <3

But if I want a nicer dinner I usually go to Gordon Biersch or Original Joe's.
