Things in the Universe / Who wants a Tattoo?

I like henna tattoos because they come off after a while.  Plus they smell good.

Theatrical makeup is definitely a good option (I personally use an assault of Ben Nye products for school productions), but sometimes difficult to apply evenly over large areas like the arms. I would recommend a skintone bodysuit like this http://www.cosplaysupplies.com/hosery/8578_resize.jpg that isn't too sheer.  You could probably find one in a dance/gymnastic wear shop like Capezio.  If you can find one in a color you like, that would take care of the pigmentation of your arms and back and you could match a theatrical makeup to the color of the suit for your neck, face and hands.
A suit is also a good option because it would allow you to wear a (seamless) bra to enhance your bust.  Silicone falsies are a good move as well if you're dead set on the smoothest look possible.  I think they sell a variety of bust-related support and enhancement bits and pieces you could sew into your costume at Joann fabric stores, but I don't know exactly what they have.
If you're not vehemently against alternative lifestyles or afraid of extreme crossdressing, it probably wouldn't hurt browsing around transgender websites to catch tips.

Things in the Universe / Take that out of your mouth!

Ever watched someone eat?  Pretty boring, huh?  Most of the time, yeah.  But sometimes there are certain foods brought upon the person you are observing that makes you laugh or gag or just look away.  What are they?  You tell me!  What is a food that you think absolutely any person would look silly/disgusting/awkward eating?

I think Cheetos are pretty ridiculous looking.

I don't really understand why on the navigation bar, when you go to click on the word (Events, Staff, Location etc.) only half of what appears to be the link reacts.  Maybe it's just the way Safari percieves it, but for a while I was thinking they were broken.

General Anime Chat / Worst...

I adore Loveless, I really do.  I dig the character designs and the whole concept, until you get to the very end.  The finale of the series was way inconclusive, I found.  Not only did it provide illogical and instantaneous resolution to (most of) the tensions building throughout the series, it left the significant issues of fairly important characters completely open to interpretation that ought to have been tied up by the end.
I feel that  it was more a display of the lifestyle of the characters than a storyline.  I'm not sure what part of the creation process to pin that on, but whatever it was was seriously flawed.

I visited on Saturday 'round midnight.  I would've stayed with you guys, but I was on my way home for the night.  : P  Oh, I'm the Fanimaid who dropped it like it was hot for all of 30 seconds and then had to leave.

Overall I had a positive Fanime experience.  I especially enjoyed browsing Artist's Alley this year and making new friends through some of the live programming.  I enjoyed the ballroom dancing lesson, even if it was very basic and had a good time at the Black and White Ball, except for the idiots treating it like the rave.  I'd like to add that I attended my first Yaoicon event- bingo- and was thoroughly entertained.

My complaints are minor irritations only, and they are as follows:
-Lack of definite schedule, but hey, whatever happens happens
-People messing around in the elevators.  I was displeased to enter on the second floor going up to the 24th to find that all the buttons had been pressed and that I would have to wait an inappropriate amount of time to reach my floor, especially as I had a quick change to do to get to a gathering on time.  The same problem occurred on my way back down, and I assume that this was the same people.  I'd like to state that the elevators are not a toy, and treating them in such a childish and inconsiderate way really detracted from my enjoyment of the convention because I was made late on several occasions due to your antics.
-Being hugged without asking: now that's just plain rude.
-Growth of "gothic/industrial" clothing vendors.  I know a lot of peple like this kind of stuff, but I really don't think it has a place at an anime convention.  But that's just my opinion.

And that's pretty much it!  Thanks everyone who I met and talked to and I hope to see you all next year!

Craziest thing for me? UNO, definitely.
Chunchunchunchunchunchunchun!
"Jump, kashira!"

Craziest thing for me was sitting at an Artist's Alley table with my friends and being asked for a commission.  You see... I'm not an artist.  But she paid me anyway!  Thanks, Kingdom Hearts crazed girl!!  : 3

See, I think I'm the only person in the entire world who is a total Shrek maniac.  I'm so at there.  Spiderman maybe?

Boy oh boy do I love the bitching thread.  Especially the stark contrast between experiences.  Gene, you made me smile with your sincere lightheartedness.

Panels and Workshops / How to wear a kimono

I'd attend this, if you can get it together.  I watched my friend Ayaka get ready for a cultural fair once...  gosh.  Too complex for me.  @_@

Yuki loves you back because you're on the internet.  Yuki loves the internet.  XD

Yayy, I supposedly pre-regged with Kazuko, but some of her hooker friends slacked on paying and I'm completely convinced they should make the difference for their laziness.
