Greetings to all panel fans!

First of all we the panels staff wish to thank you for coming this weekend not only to the convention, but for being a part of our panels experience! We know this year was a little difficult for some and may have required a little more patience than normal. But your patience made our weekend and hopefully your weekend great!

This thread is to share any ideas and hopefully good reports to our team to help us improve in the future. We do want to note a few things:

1) We did our best to accomodate any issues with registration and picking up badges, but please understand that anything that had to do with registration is not our department. Please do not vent about registration issues here.

2) If there is a specific note you wish to leave for certain panels and they have a thread already, feel free to leave a message there as well, so that the panelists can get that feedback specifically as this will be mostly maintained by staff members.

3) Clockwork Alchemy panels are totally welcome (and encouraged) to be highlighted here! If there was one you saw that you think we should add next year, let us know!!

4) We know that there were a few panels that were in such high demand that we could not seat everyone. We will be discussing options for next year for those special big panels.

5)  If you are a panelist and you have something you wish to address concerning your panel, please feel free to email us directly at [email protected] so that we can address your issues in private.

6) Express your concerns, but don't be a jerk please? Thanks :D

Off you all go! And thanks again for coming to visit us in panels land! We look forward to seeing you next year!

Hi friends!

The Panels Department, would like some general feedback as to what you guys thought about our panels this year! Please keep in mind that this will be moderated and read by staff members, so please keep things clean and respectful. But let us know what you think worked and what you think we can improve on in the future! Also please keep in mind that we did have some panels cancel, so we were unable to control those panels that didn't make it.

NOTE: We know about not having the printed schedules. This was beyond our control, and we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Please also follow this format:[Event Name: Description]

i.e.

Gothic Lolita/Fashion Show: Needs more lolitas (although I doubt that.)
Panels: More panels about such and such.. (fill in the blanks here)

Thank you very much!!

Hi there!!

This BenihimeSama! You're fellow panelist hosting a brand new panel for Fanime 2011! It's called "WoW for The Non-WoWed!" and we're going to be talking about all things WoW related and helping those who have friends and family who play the game better understand their beloved gamers!

To get ready for the convention, we are asking you our fellow friends, fans and panelsists, what do you want to know about WoW? Keep in mind that this a family friendly convention and we are going to be keeping things PGish..

Leave your questions and thoughts here!

I was thinking, kinda of having a kind of mock game for Phoenix Wright. I just started playing the game and I am totally addicted and would love to have a game show version of the actual game. Cosplayers would be preferred, but it's not mandatory.

Fans, what do you think? Think it would work or be worth the time?

MASSIVE EDIT: Someone has done that panel before, but I haven't seen it since 2008. It was done by Cosplay Cyborg. If CC is doing it again then let me know and I will totally delete this thread or if you are open to a collab it would be cool too.

Hotel and Facilities / Your Hotel Stay 2009
May 25, 2009, 09:20:43 PM
Once again, the traditional--was your hotel stay awesome or what?

I stayed this year at The Fairmont Hotel, and let me tell you that the place was AWESOME! Our room was spacious, surrounded by food, placed within a nice short walk to the hotel, and it wasn't as insane or noisy as the other convention hotels. Checking out was also a nice smooth process. Only gripe I have is the parking.. Stupid $26 parking.

Although I do not know when my panel will be going down, I am proud to open this thread. I want to know what you my fellow Death Note fans would like to talk about at the Panel! The description will be on the website, but here is the basic panel description:

"The human whose name is written in this note shall die" That's how the entire series of Death Note began it's overtaking of the entire anime and manga world. This panel is for those who wish to know not only what is the big deal about this series, but also why it is changing the way people think about what is right and what is wrong in the real world. Come and share your thoughts and opinions about your favorite characters, themes and moments to remember from this series that has changed the anime and manga world. WARNING: This panel will include MAJOR SPOILERS AND ADULT THEMES, PARENTAL DISCRETION IS ADVISED!

Although we are going to have a whole bunch of stuff to talk about already, but if there is anything that you may want to discuss please leave a note below and let me know, who knows? It might make it into the final panel discussion.
