hopefully this goes well. I never had a One Piece Gathering at Fanimecon at all. Since you got to it first. I hope it goes through. I plan to be Gear 5 Luffy.

Glad to hear we will have a Gear 5 Luffy, I am hoping that since this will be its own gathering that we will have more opportunities to do fun stuff than when it was lumped in with the SJump group. Fingers crossed for success!

Thank you for the offer, I have one friend going as Kuma who should be helping a bit, but the more hands/help the better! I was going to buy a megaphone but if yours is available, I'd definitely be open to borrowing it.

For anyone curious I just submitted the official gathering request! We are shooting for Sunday between 2-4 in the "fallout zone". I'll update this once I get confirmation of where we will actually be.

Hello, I forgot to send my "occasional seller" form to the swapmeet email, is it too late to do that? Everything else is done and but I still haven't gotten my swapmeet placement so I figured this might be why. From what I understand I just have to fill out the form and send it digitally to the swapmeet email? Thanks for the help.
