I've already got the Asian fusion place behind the Fairmont, the crazy hot dog place, and an Irish restaurant under my belt! (Just a word of warning, If Psycho Donuts puts out a coupon they will not honor it on Fanime weekend. This happened last year but since we were from out of town they hooked us up!)

Hey I don't want to scare anyone just trying to keep everyone informed and maybe just do abit of checking and planning for next year but it's true. The Sainte Claire Hotel is up for sale. I hope this won't change them with being a Fanime hotel but you never know. If you stay there and like staying there just know that his is going on.

I've been going to FANIME for many many years now. So I hope you will all bear with me and I need to say a few things about this year 2011.
First off I want to say thank you....no wait THANK YOU!!!!! to all of the staff and people who make this great event possible. Yes with something this big there are bound to be problems. But they the problems need to be solved and over looked. If you did have a problem somewhere make sure you address to the staff or hotel in a calm manner ok? Next I want to say a big THANK YOU!!!!! to all the people in costume who I asked to stop and take a picture. I know it's got to be abit tiring after awhile. I just want to say thanks for putting up with all us who want your pictures.
I just want to say that FLOW rocked for the 2nd straight year. I could believe my eyes. almost every seat was taken this year, while last year the place was only 1/2 full!!! What else???? Oh yeah the loner thread..... I am a loner ok.. but i meet someone in the pre-reg line at 8am on friday. I just want to say that there are no loners at Fanime. We are all friends. And i think that there are 2 great things to be taken away from FANIME. 1. Have a great time!!! 2. It is a place where like people gather so make some noise and meet some new friends. A friend told me today that, "Friendship is the crowning achievement of the human condition." And with that I will be going to FANIME for many more years and until I am old to have fun and make new friends. Thank you all for putting up with these words and see everyone in 2012!!!

The schedule is out but it doesn't say when and on what day music fest will be held. Can anyone please enlighten me???

I've been following this topic for abit now and I wanted to just add my 3 yen ok?? I am a loner too and I still have a great time. I have never met an unfriendly person at FANIME. Just have fun be yourself and strike up chats with people around you. Like me!!! When I am in line If i hear something funny or something I want to comment on I do. This is how friends are made. I do have a few words of warning....MEN treat all the LADIES with RESPECT.  I've seen a few guys, I won't call them men, treat a lady wrong. If she don't want her pic taken or you are freakin her out just leave her alone.  I want everyone to have fun and a great time. So if a big over weight cuddly panda looking guy says hi dont be too scared. (I dont have a real panda suit. Yet.)

I just want to say thank you to everyone who knows the area and has giving alot of great food choices.....going to make a list and try new places this year!!!  THANK YOU ALL!!!!!

Does anyone know when Fanime will post the schedule. I know there is alot more planning to do. It just helps. I know it was posted and downloadable last couple of years. Thanks for any info. See everyone there for another great year!!!!!

I can't wait....Does anyone know if they will be selling their new CD???? 'FLOW ANIME BEST'??? or will anyone in the dealers room have it? Or selling it at the end or beginning of the show??

First i want to say thanks for everyone's pics.
i never really knew about Momoi until this Fanime.
I want to also say that i dont know alot of Japanese.....
Having said all that i went to her concert and found it  GREAT AND WONDERFUL!!!!
The engery level was off the hook......she is fun to listen to and watch.
I went the next day and got her autograph and bought the t-shirt and cd.
she is great and hope to see her again.

Also my thanks goes out to everyone who made it possible for her concert and signin session
