Someone is definitely starting to recruit early. Aiming for 100+ Rovers for 2010? =P

Runewitt should definitely join. Maybe make 'em go and watch the dances very carefully.

Rovers was pretty fun, didn't get a lot of the drama. Thankfully most con goers have their common sense about them. At least the ones I run into.
Remember to sleep at least some. Especially you Steve.

I'm kinda sad that I missed the BBQ now.
watch dancing? oooohhhhhhhh. also, i didnt sleep at all last fanime.. too much.. er... well, i was not drinking in the halls..
Yes. I think. I'm not too sure =P I never had to watch any dances. Only for the night shift though.
Oh. You'll fit in just fine then =P No rest for the wicked.

What happens at the con... Stays on Youtube and DA.

I remember passing by you as Pikachu and I thought that you were a pretty hot girl.
I didn't take any pictures of you though. Nice job on the cosplays.

Awww I'm so happy to have become the new face -or old face?- of the spread of corruption. I shall hereby take my duties very seriously and preform them to the best of my abilities. Which means... I don't have to do much ^-^

Hmm I'll be over at Oakridge tomorrow,I might stop by tomorrow to say hi at 2-ish.
#13
Hmm I think that we should figure out a date and time that it might be as well.

Petdiekatze- Either Kairi (Pink Dress, KH2/ or another that is in the process of being figured out.)

Ohh this looks like an awesome idea. What day were you thinking about pulling it off on?
#15
Kandy Bar- Yep, that's about the same that I know. But I think it would be fun to make up our own storyline/series of events. And with cards telling them what to do as well as some clues right?

ph1sh- Hmm that sounds like a good idea. I think there could be a sort of 'ending' for the murder half where there are only a few people left alive (which means there would probably be multiple accounts of murder =D ... [Depending on when this starts, people who have to leave at a certain time and tell us before hand- ish could be a planned murder victim.]) or there could be a 'traditional' murder mystery party ending, when the remaining guests accuse someone of being the murderer. But for the sake of the trail, it is not confirmed whether or not he or she is the murderer. That could be leading suspect number one. Or something along those lines.

Do you think we should start a registering list? And where would it belong? In panels and workshops?

Ohhh, that sounds like an awesome idea. I think to pull the murder mystery off there would have to be either two days, for it to be timed, or ... I think we would have to do the murder mystery party before hand though... I don't think the amount of work would be that insane. Just some really awesome planning and scheduling. Since the murder mystery is probably going to happen at night (I think it's better, because there is more room and less people so the participants could 'run around' more. ), the trail could possibly happen the following day, during the day. There would be an audience of any random cosplayer that decides to watch, and maybe a few jury members? Though who would the judge be?

Fillers caused me to stop watching Naruto. >.>; So curse them.
Well, I think what would help first is for more people to get involved and interested in the murder mystery.
They could give a general layout of their character. Like name, anime/manga from, basic personality.
From there it would be easier to make a plot.

The academic part of school doesn't start up for me again till the 28th-ish. So that's all fun and games.
Yes I have co-hosted two with a friend, he was the one who got me interested in them.

Hmm.. I think another way of contact is better. Does MSN/AIM/MYSPACE/E-mail work for you?

*Sigh...* Is this another filler episode? *Waits for dream sequence to end* Aren't you thinking about Clue there?
Yeah, it probably would. Can I help you set it up? I'd like to see this happen and succeed. Though I think we have to ban the use of the Death Note... Kills too quickly.

I think that this would be a great activity. Murder, "dead" cos-players, and the butler did it. Hmm. Doesn't there need to be a host, an open plot line, a certain chain of events, a pre-determined murder, and... ... I'll stop rambling on now. I would be ecstatic to join.

You're right. It's not legitimate. But gaging the reactions and replies by some of the people answering to this thread, they seem to be using it as a standing. (as you said). I do think though that fanime may start getting a bit harder on sign bearers, because some of what people write upon them could be considered 'prostitution' (in a pg-16/13ish level.)

Quote from: PyronIkariIt's also usually reflected in the ones that carry signs that say "HUG ME" or "FREE GLOMPS" in the such. These aren't the popular kids at school, that go to parties on the weekends, and are invited out to the movies or to hang out. Or the kids that are popular with the other sex, going out on dates, or making out by the docks.
I could see this as true, and I could also see this as, "Look at my costume/attire and see how much time I spent on it." type of thing as well. I am aware that there is Stage Zero, but that gets a limited audience. Though what you said rings true to some of the people that were wearing the "Hug me" / "Free Glomps" sign. If you ask some them about their personal-ish life and where they are going (at least the ones I asked and got to know) they tend to say things along the lines of what you said.

Quote from: PyronIkariIt's not the rest of the world's fault, you ever seem to think that, it's your fault for not even attempting to fit normal society, just a little?
Perhaps they attempted to fit into a normal society and got rejected anyways? (Yes they could try again, and fitting into normal society isn't that hard, seeing how vast 'normal' is.) Or they are immature and/or are used to dishing out the blame/fault to others.
