thanks, i think we can prob use badge clips too. the security feature was the holder. we got complaints that the clip messed up cosplay, but both would be an option:)

remember, our badges need to be ordered by hand, numerically or alphabetically, numerically is faster and easier. That's why we didn't do group reg. We may attempt to implement group reg through other printing procedures.

We are thinking about expanding to online data entry, but with recent events at other conventions, our exposure to attacks are concerning. We had an ad-hoc network set up and that was finalized late near con. In the end, we have a few things we will try to improve on for next year's con:)

Airsoft = bad. Someone walked into the con with a replica M16 with only an orange tip. He was immediately asked to put it away. If viewed upon by a police officer in the wrong angle, that person has the possibility of getting shot......

Also remember: If you are going to bleed, please bleed on the parts of the floor that are red......

also for the autograph session, would we have to buy something there to be signed? or can it be anything we bring? [ie. magazine, cd]

There should be concert merchandise available for purchase anywhere An Cafe shows up - i.e. the autograph session, Q&A session, and concert. Whether or not they choose to sell at those locations is up to  them.

I highly encourage you to buy something there, regardless of if you get that item or another signed. I don't know if it's required, but there are two things: one, I know enough to realize that every penny you spend on An Cafe at one of those tables is going directly to those underfed boys, and two, why not indulge and get official merchandise while they're here!

There will be a dealer that is selected by management to sell An Cafe merch
