*sigh* I'm so sorry everyone. Due to some financial problems I can't finish the Mey-Rin cosplay therefore can't cosplay as Mey-Rin. I'll be there to take pics of the gathering, but sadly I won't be cosplaying any Kuroshitsuji character. It deeply depressed me....

And also what are the rules for Melee/Brawl? Any character banned?

Need help on 2 cosplays!

For my Mey-Rin cosplay I need a couple of pistols, but I don't know where to find some peace bonding friendly guns. Is there a site that might sell some?
And also it's said that her eyes are actually red, but in the anime it's brown. So...should I get red or brown contact lenses? My normal eyes are dark brown/black, and I have to pay an extra $50-70 for a pair 'cause my prescription is so high (-7.75 on both eyes x_X)

My fiance and his friend are cosplaying the FFF Inquisition from Baka and Test, and is there any ideas on how we can approach this? I have no sewing skills period! Is there a good site that does commitions or maybe even ideas on what we can do?

I'm trying to understand this part of the policy:

Sword-like props may not be made of live steel (2) or have a hardened edge if of other materials (wood, plastic or laminates).

So, if I have a full wooden sword, would that be considered a "hardened edge?" Thank you!

Guys I need help! I'm planning to do Mey-Rin's battle outfit (the maid outfit with the one leg showing like in the manga) but I don't know what to do with the glasses. I wear glasses myself (mostly contact lenses though) so should I use those and do kind of a sexy Mey-Rin style or just make the big circle ones?

What's a great place (greater Sac area) or site where I can find some peace-bonding friendly pistols or rifle?

Trying to cosplay Mey-Rin from Kuroshitsuji but I'm not sure about the eye color. I did research and I guess her eyes are supposed to be red, but the anime shows it being brown. So...should I get red contacts, brown ones, or is it not that important and just stick with my dark brown/black eyes?

A security deposit is an additional charge that is placed on your card (whether Credit or Debit) to be used in the event that damage is done to the rooms or you violate hotel policy.

When you use a debit card to pay for the security deposit, it will take the funds out of your account. It will essentially be the same as purchasing something. This charge is later taken off if the hotel finds there to be no damages, etc. So if you use a debit card to pay, there will be the room charges with tax included, as well as the security deposit charge.

For example: if you were staying three nights you would be charged about 290 for the room (I'm not sure what taxes are exactly) plus an additional 300 dollars for the security deposit. So the total amount of funds your debit card will process is 590. If you had 550 dollars in your account you would be overdrafted, the card would be declined, and any other fees your bank has would be applied.

Ah I see. How about if I use my debt card but run it through as credit 'cause it  has a Visa logo on it. Would it still read as a debt?

And I'm reading the notice in the main page of housing, and it said something about debt cards and hotel deposit policy, but I do not understand what it means. Can someone rephrase it for me please?
